Legs are the least you need to exercise but you need to work with them or else people will call you chicken legs, I dont have a problem with legs cause my mass is equally distributed in my body so I dont work legs but I dont have them skiny

Loosing weight is the easiest thing holy. Just eat more vegetables and non - caloric or fat foods eat less and run squat sprint when you go to school :D Puting weight is the real problem :0
You really should train with your own body weight instead of weights. When you get old you will feel pain in your hole body. You shouldnt train with weight before you are 16-20 years old. Do pushups for example, my record is 75. Try to beat it!
you were like me but I have no equipment so I do 100 pushups,100 situps,100 jump squats and run 5k. I've been skinny now for may days now so i wanted to change myself.Ive been doing this workout for only 1 month
2200 calories mostly protein, low carbs. Do weight training LEG training, and way more calf exercise, try a supplement. You will become bigger and look more toned. But great job on the transformation, you are a very hard worker, you have a good future if you work like that.
I used to be fat too but when I started getting active like playing soccer or going to walk I started changing in 2 months then a couple of months I was losing more weight I lost like 30 pounds which I look normal now but if my dad or mom never told me to go outside I don't know how will I look like right now!
when I was 7 I used to be skinny all bones. and when my parents died next year I was 8. My dad go shot my mom died from heart attack. I was alone and free to do whatever I want to do. I was one of the richest people in California. I started working out hard! after 10 months I became the first 8 year old kid to have so many muscles. all I did was: Push-ups (50 a day) Lifting iron (100+ a day) Squats (100+ a day) and much more.. and I still do that. I'm 18 now. I don't even know what would've happened if I didn't workout..I would probably be a joke. But now I'm living a great dream except it's reality and it's true.
