Talk about a sign 👀 I’m Adrienne Finch - consulting accelerator student, 7-year full-time content creator (396k RU-vid, 850k TikTok), writer, producer, consultant, host of the Self-Made Mastery podcast, the list goes on… but the truth is, the last 2 years I’ve been burnt out making the same content for my channels as a one-woman show. I’ve literally been filming more videos for other people lately than i have for my own channels and that’s not good for my job (as you can imagine)!! I have growing social media channels down and geek out analyzing back-end data all day. But what I’ve been missing and CRAVING is collaboration and the fulfillment from working with a team. Haha, believe it or not I literally put working with you on my vision board back in 2018. Your philosophies and course changed the trajectory of my career and taught me so many nuggets that I use every day to impact others - to teach people that they can create and live their dream lives while being a weirdo and having fun. I wish you could see the DMs from my podcast listeners in response to things I’ve passed along that I’ve learned from you. Their lives have changed and that’s what I want to continue to do every day forever. Point is, WORKING ON MY APPLICATION RIGHT NOW. You're not looking to hire some schmuck with a fancy camera. How to go viral: Make something people really want. How to stay consistent: Make something you really want. How to go viral and stay consistent: Find the overlap. You're really looking for someone that can help you find the overlap. They need to be in your audience, so they know what your audience really wants. And they need to be able to make every stage of video production bring you energy, instead of take it away. And ideally has experience with RU-vid.
An idea: I had the same problem, so I made a Q&A channel, just answering 1 question my audience has per video. They asked questions under my video's and it was easy to create content. Took me 30 mins a day. And I got the actual problems people have, so I bundled them into a course, win-win. Good luck finding your person!
Even on a much smaller scale, I have the same problem. As business grows, I lack the time to create and share. Even when it's time to hire, you need the time to find and train the right person/ppl which is much easier said than done. If you don't do the work, you'll have nothing to share 🙃

The role you're describing is called a Digital Content Producer. In LA, with all the TV and Films in the area, you should have a plethora of candidates to choose from.
This is exact my situation. Crazy. This is what i am thinking about as well. You mean a person like the big online Marketer who have such a person at there side.
Hey Sam You just need a dude with a camera to follow you round all day and capture the gold. This is what allows Gary V, Grant Cardone and Brad Lea etc to work on what they need to work on and put out great content
Sam can Share Master Mind Videos only. That are more than gold. He does not need to make more videos. If he just share that more than enough. So much value there.

Yupp, someone to create the content for you and document the day to day journey showing us the behind the scenes too, which in my opinion, is what everyone WANTS/LOVES to see the most. Because it creates like a Seinfeld, with characters and all based on what you’re building. And then almost like a real like Rocky movie. Where people become invested into the series/show and root for you. But yeah like everyone else said, you need a digital content creator, Gary V’s D-rock, who is primarily a videographer, someone to document everything, and tell a story with it to share with your viewers. Excited to see who gets chosen! This will be HUGE for you Sam 💪🏽
Have a person who is able to step into the audience's shoes and preemptively ask the questions that might come up. For example, the things that are taken for granted often get overlooked and not explained, while at the same time they hold the most value and insight. So in a way, a less experienced business person or one who can ask "the dumb and obvious" questions may be a good fit. For example if you talk about hiring, an important overlooked thing might be whether or not to hire in the first place and how to make this decision. Most people would tent to go straight into the details about where to look for and who to look for etc. Also information tends to flow most easily when you have someone ask you direct questions in a conversation. I personally wouldn't mind even if the person helping was in the video itself, asking you about a specific topic while being open to listen and let you explain it deeply. Even if you talk to them for 15-20 minutes and split this into 3 videos it would still be great, as it would feel like we sitting in the office with you and getting business advice from you directly. And finally, they may even ask you a question and when you start explaining it to them, they may just start recording, and if it turned out good, they could just add the question as a slide in the first few seconds of the video and have your answer after that. Even snippets in RU-vid shorts would be awesome. We don't come here for fancy editing or flashy stuff, but for the no-bs, no fluff business advice. As long as this is the center of things, all will be good.
Is EOS we call this the “Visionary” & the “Integrator”. One person has all the vision and dreams and the other brings things down to earth in a logical manner and make things happen.
I struggled with this as well. And hiring a D Rock to follow you around also has a down side to it, you have to at some point proof and edit the content as you might not want to share everything. This is time consuming. Your life will become about the content. This is why I’ve stopped following guys like Gary V, Grant Cardone, etc. their entire brand is about content and less their actual business. Its a slippery slope. I personally think keeping it simple, doing your biz and sharing when you have time will work best ;)
This is cool, gonna be more of a documentary style especially with the other team members at the company. Who knows, the audience might just have a new favorite "ah dammit not Sam again go record the other guy" 😆

I'm the best person for this, it's coming from inside of me that i am perfect for this. Every single think you ask for i feel i have every quality and the business i have done so far was only bcoz of my observation power (God gifted). you could just do case studies... film consults live then cut to your analysis of the conversation, teach and advise. Or do your old style of 1:1 case study interviews. those were GOLD and add so much value with a proof of concept and story in every niche with so many parallels for other businesses. Case studies are much easier than forcing your mind to create, which is taxing on the mind. What you had was already amazing, just do more in that same style, but do them yourself, it was not as good when you had other team members do them, they didn't have your insight.
I absolutely love this video. For these reasons. 1. I get insight into the type of problems that a very successful person has that also distresses them 2. I get insight into the problem-solving skills that very a successful person 3. I note that Sam is able to really clearly articulate exactly what his problem is and his exact desired solution 4. I note that Sam has exceptional skill in articulating his exact solution, he specifically and vividly describes exactly what he wants, down to the level of personality traits, history and behaviour of the person he is looking to hire 5. I note that Sam is able to articulate the exact environment, situation and behaviour he wants and how he knows it's right because of how it will make him feel What I would love to know is - has someone been hired?! And how would he assure himself that the candidate has the exact skills and abilities he desires? Defining the problem and desired solution is one thing, actually solving it is another! Appreciate you Sam. Dedication to being great. Place video cameras to get live feeds. Hire a producer to dialogue with you on your projects. The producer can interface with a team that will edit the video and create the content. Then you can fill in areas of the video that need explaining. You have a better chance of getting a team, vs finding a unicorn. You need a translator (someone that can interpret your ideas and technical problem solving and turn that into something simple) an observer, and production team so that the content is created from your work automatically.
Hey Sam, some advice from RU-vids biggest creator MrBeast ... if you are obsessed about RU-vid that does not mean you should also edit your videos and love all of the process ... i guess its a different ballgame to love editing and to love filming and coming up with great Videoideas. Becaus good editors are not necessarily good at coming up with great videoideas - knowing how Retention + klick through rate on youtube works etc ... Just my 2 cents ( u might need 2 people) Have fun, i love your idea about building a new education system !

Aber weißt du was, das wichtigste ist , dass man ein glückliches und erfülltes Leben nach seinen eigenen Metriken lebt , wie man für sich selber ein glückliches und erfülltes Leben definiert. Auch beschäftige ich mich gar nicht mehr mit diesen ganzen Verschwörungstheorien. Die meisten sind sogar wahr und Verschwörungstheorie ist schon ein Propagandabegriff an sich. Aber ja selbst wenn mehr als die hälfte stimmen mag , ich weiß sehr viel und ich persönlich denke , dass die Person die von alledem nichts weiß , sich eher auf die wirklich wichtigen Dinge im Leben fokkussiert . Perfektionismus kann dein größter Feind werden. Wie witzig , dass ich dich hier treffe :) . haha ... Dann kennst du bestimmt auch Naval s Podcast (how to get rich) und auch Alex Hormzi und die alten Videos von Alex Becker XD. Ich wünsche dir viel Erfüllung mein guter. Sounds like you need a D-Rock (the guy that films Gary Vee as he goes through his day). It's actually one of Gary Vee's core principles: Document, don't Create ;)

Sam, you really need an specialty executive assistant... as one who was one for a Fortune 500 exec.. they can be brilliant at interpreting needs and facilitating actions and outcomes
if you don't find the PERFECT person for this. just know that you'll have to train someone especially tailored for you. or gonna have to hire a whole team instead of just ONE person. because one person may not have all the talent requirements you mentioned

as an online entrepreneur myself I suggest you to hire a "RU-vid Manager" that can be really close to you to acquire your principles and ideas about business, or maybe a strategic figure that can manage your channel but also have a role in your personal life like a personal assistant
The answer is 2-3 person team like Dan Lok has. They release a video every day and focus on the priorities that his followers are requesting clarification and focus on. Very professionally done and would be consistent with Sam's image as a wealthy, smart business builder.
