My BMW M135i is going back to BMW! (WHY?) 

Glad it’s been a positive experience, and reassuring for me because I collect my Misano blue M135i tomorrow.

Shame to see it go! I picked mine up 4 weeks ago and now I’m used to what this car can do, I’m enjoying it so much. Like you said matt, wish the sound was more but I’m sure if BMW could, they would have upped the sound from the exhaust. But what I car! I’m often just trying to figure out excuses just to drive it, it’s so fun! Hope you get the 235i GC to try out, I would be interested to hear your thoughts on it.

Thanks for the videos Matt they have been great to watch while I have been waiting for my M135i to arrive. I have been told this week it’s on a boat on route to dealer so not long now. I went for Storm Bay with Pro and Tech pack I ordered at the start of May so will be about 10 weeks roughly. Look forward to seeing what car you get next 👍

Excellent video mate, shame to see it go. I’ve had mine 3 months, I love it, the biggest let down has to be the sound though. As you said, warm start sounds great then it’s just mute. I understand the emissions laws etc but my brother has just taken delivery of a MK8 golf R and the pops n burbles on that are in a different league to the BM, massive disappointment. Doubt BMW will be doing anything about it either

What made you want the other 19in wheels over these - I think the ones you have are M135i exclusives and I preferred them, hence ordering them on mine (due September!). Also the dealer told me that they are holding chips back so the H&K sound system is available to all M car orders. I was told hands free boot and wireless charging remain an issue though.

Totally agree with everything said in this video. I have an m135i, it does burble on start up and there is a lot of turbo noise with the windows open. Mine is Misano Blue, so I don’t have the Black paint issue. I totally love the car.

Can't wait for my Misano blue 135i to arrive, ordered in May should be here in September. I totally agree with your comment regarding the sound of the exhaust. It would make it a perfect addition to change the sound

Picked up my M135i last week from Shrewsbury BMW. Fantastic dealership, this is my 5th car from them. Shout out to Kiran. Take your test drive to Ellesmere - British B-roads at their best. Sorry to leave the M140i but honestly, this looks and drives bute.

I've had mine for three months and it's nice but I do miss my 140i...

If you can, please lobby for the new M240i to be your new company car. Heard it's launching in July. Fingers crossed it sounds better

The market hasn't gone mad for these sort of cars hence no stock there's a shortage of all cars because the company that makes semiconductors that fit into modern cars hasn't got any, there are no new cars being made therfore the secondary market has gone crazy.

HK is actually available at the moment, or at least was when I ordered last month after being told it wasn't available!

hey Matt, what about streamlined noises? Don't you think this car is quite noisy inside and prone to wind? expecilly front windows (it feels like part open window even when you drive about 40-50 mph)

Great review. Did that particular model have the adaptive suspension? I'm looking to order one early next year without it. Do you think the ride would be too harsh without it or ok? I'll also be sticking with the standard 18" alloys so hopefully that should help? 👍🏼

Are delivery's on time or should I expect a delay from the 3 month estimate from my dealer?

I back up your sound about the exhaust burbles on start up which is great if they carry on doing it but bmw themselves mapped it out of the ecu due to making there cars less noisy.. its a shame.😭😭 I have a m135i misano blue 2020 with panroof. Tech pack. Comfort pack. Black leather interior. Berlin trim lighting. Adaptive suspension on 18 inch wheels but makes a big difference in ride comfort. Fitted a bmw front splitter. Bmw Side skirt.bmw black front grill with cerium diamonds. Maxton diffuser. Maxton roof spoiler.

Any news on the sound? Has it changed on the newer versions? Or still muted to to emissions blah

What's the juice like when driving it in eco mode mate? How much was you putting in a month? Just ordered mine ya see.. Also do you reckon I might be able to get away with changing the tyres on a 4 year lease

My android auto won't connect on my M135i either. Other than that well pleased
