My cat and I tried the carnivore diet 

Thank you SOO much for including the info on your cycle. Nutrition is KEY for our cycles and when you mentioned the carnivore diet I wanted to reach out to you to make sure you watch your cyclical eating habits and any research on the diet to be aware if any women were included and if they showed the results by gender and where the women were in life stages etc. but to hear this I’m so happy for you!!!! Especially the relationship with food. Damn girl you selling me on this lol! Our menstrual phase always gives us what we gave our body in not only (but mostly) the luteal phase, and ovulatory and follicular of that cycle. Food is key! Cyclical eating and living is KEY. I cycle my workouts, food, everything. Whenever I go off cycle, I get horrible menstrual phases.

My husband gets bad period pains. I'll have to suggest more butter! Im sure he'll appreciate that addition to his diet 😂

Found this very interesting even with the whole period talk lol 😂. Every person and animal is different and it is finding something that works for you. But I may try a carnivore diet just to see how it makes me feel and if there any benefits beside periods lol 😜

Thanks for being so candid! We’re the opposite: I have been carnivorous for about three years and the health benefits are amazing! Pewter is still transitioning to raw after about a year because she got very ill with IBD, so we had to back up a bit and go super slow, and also find some open minded vets. She’s doing better, on a few meds, but happily eating raw boneless rabbit! 🐇 I can’t wait to try your tongue recipe! I eat chicken liver, hearts and gizzards with bacon, egg yolks and pieces of beef almost daily. So yummy! The liver and yolks (especially) taste great together. When Pewter is nauseous, she prefers freeze dried raw to regular raw. Lol. Thanks for addressing IBD on your channel. ❤

I've been working my way to carnivore for a couple of months now - I'll be more serious about it once my load of beef arrives next week.

As a guy, a little heads up on how detailed you were going to be about your monthly issues, would have been nice. LOL Glad this diet has you feeling better. Thank goodness ice cream is a dairy product!

I could never eat tongue. Rather starve. Why are cats poop so bad on wet food? All the ingredients like Agar,agar, and other gums, I guess? Terrible!
