Day 88 of my breakup and I’m still scared of having my ex girlfriend moving on, brings tears to my eyes; still hurting and can’t sleep.

I enjoy seeing the positive stories on here about getting an ex back. I see comments that tend to be the opposite, and it could be because the homework isn't done well or people run out of patience (which i completely understand) . We should share more comments about success and encouragement.

Moving on is a process don't let lose. He/she may have moved on faster than you did, but just wait and accept it. One day you'll realize you are no longer missing the same person who have hurt you and have started to moved on.

I related a lot to the 2nd story, my anxious attachment and insecurities ruined my last relationship and my current biggest fear is that he will move on and find someone new. I'm trying to not think about stuff like that but it's so hard, I really wanted us to work.

Me and my ex had only been together for about 46 days. She said she wasn’t ready for a relationship. It happened about a month ago. We shared some pretty intimate moments. I applied the no contact rule as best I could. She reached out to me one day and I asked to meet up with her and catch up and she agreed. But when the day came she texted me to cancel at the last minute saying she had a ton of homework to do. About 3 weeks later of no contact she posted pictures on Instagram of her cuddling with her supposed new boyfriend. And she’s also posting it on her Snapchat story and it looks a little bit more intense than the relationship we had. I feel like my situation is hopeless... I unfollowed her and continuing no contact

After almost a year, she commented directly on a petty Facebook post I posted referring to the ex as a "Devil Woman". After a year of nothing and she snoops on Facebook to comment on that post?! I caught her talking to other guys in private messaging and she initiated the split saying she could not be faithful amongst other things... Any take what her deal is?

My therapist said he's not thinking about me and I'm not on his radar. Though I admitted that was true it makes me so sad. Then I remembered sometimes therapists give bad counsel cause they aren't trained in breakups. I mean who knows? Not me. So bummed. Ty Craig.

If you were in a relationship with your ex for 6 months and she has been dating a new guy for 3 months starting a couple weeks after the break up does the length of the new relationship matter!?

I can relate to this although I still hold hope that she will eventually break the no contact process I have started three days ago. It was so confusing for me though as the last time we saw each other, we had mind blowing sex but as soon as I left the house, she texted me telling me it was definitely over and that was the last time I would see her. I figured she was confused and just needed a little persuasion or for me to be more assertive and take a dominant, masculine approach but after being needy and pursuing her for several days, she has now taken to blocking me on social media as well as blocking my number. The last message I sent to her just told her that I loved her and cared for her deeply and that if she ever needed to talk that I would be there for her no matter what. That was three days ago and although I am sick to the pit of my stomach that she will move on, forget about me and find someone else, I haven't broken no contact yet. I plan on leaving it around 2-3 weeks and if she hasn't reached out before, then sending her a dozen red roses for valentines day but I feel that this would be too much of a "grand gesture" type approach. I know this has worked in the past when she has been a little moody and she has always contacted me afterwards to tell me how sorry she was and that she thought the flowers were beautiful and a lovely gesture. Not sure though this time, she dumped me and I want to make her worry to the pit of her stomach that she has lost me. Anyone have any advice?

Coach Craig, my ex never downloaded facebook again, she only has whatsapp, but blocked me from calling and texting her... She still has my friends on her whatsapp, they told me that she never updated anything new in the past 2 weeks... There are no signs of her having someone else... I've been in no contact for 30 days... I still love her and want to reach out... What should I do?

Day 34 no contact 🙁 we were together 3 year and she said for almost at year towards the end she did feel loved and I took her for granted ☹️ I am losing hope she will reach out and want to fix things … I miss her so much

Do I have 0 chances that he will ever miss me and come back if we dated 3 months (very intense) and we never made it official?? This is the second break up, he came back the first time and told me he misses me and really wants to see me, we met and hooked up. He was very happy to see me again. He broke up the day after when we were at a cafe and told me he never caught feelings for me which confused me because the night before, almost crying, told me he doesn't understand his feelings..he doesn't know what he feels for me but all he knows is that he wants to see me. In 9 days it will be 3months of no contact 😔....

11 months , almost a year . Never heard from her . Did everything , stayed no contact, worked on my self , im in the best shape i could , never stalked or contacted her since the breakup. I dont know what happen , people sometimes just manipulate you to satisfy their needs , and when they are done with you , they send you off. My bf if 1 1/2 years (living together for 5 months out of that 1 1/2) broke up this past 2 years. I take care of my 80 year old mother who has dementia. Nov of 2017 my mom sold her house so my mom and I moved in with him into his 1 bedroom apt while we looked for a bigger place to live in. This was his request. 3 people living together in a 1 bedroom apt created such a stressful situation and to add to it, he was stressed out over finances since I couldn’t work due to taking care of my mom. The stress finally led to a major blow up on Tuesday where he pushed me back hard enough for me to fall back against a door and told me to pack up me, mom and out things and move out. So I did. According to his son, he was devastated about pushing me and bec I had moved me and mom out. He supposedly cried while he was at work, cried in the drive home and cried again when he walked into an empty apartment. He sent me two txts the day we broke up, apologizing. And we spoke briefly the next day where he said it was best that things ended bec the stress was so unbearable that it made him do things he wouldn’t do. I said ok, I can respect that. he did ask his son where I was and who I was staying with which his son gave very vague info to appease him. there was no cheating of any kind by the way on either side. I miss him. Is this over?

I wish mine was going to be a success story but it sure doesn't feel like it😓 I'm only 6 days into no contact. Some decent days but the bad ones are way too hard. It's a long story. I just wish my heart would stop hurting =(

Day 86 she unblocked me on everything but Snapchat but hasn’t followed me she also looks like she’s doing fine, I’m confused because I was kinda over her until the feeling of the breakup is coming back. I also starting dreaming about her again seeing things that remind me of her and her her names on shows I just started watching.

I saw my ex on the dating where I first met him. So I know when we split he must not have been with anyone. He is looking. I shot him a message telling him to use another pic because the one he used will only attract raunchy women. Oh ya but wait thats what you like. I told him. Lol. Plus he lied about his age. We are seniors and he knocked 5 yrs off his real age. Lol.

She blocked me in fb two weeks after breakup. I have not contacted her for any reason. Its been 1 month after breakup when I found yesterday that I am unblocked! What does it mean!?? I am changing my insecure behaviour and jelousy and working my rear end off to be better version of myself.

My ex broke up with me and was back with his ex within a week of our brake up. He told me we don’t “fit” and wouldn’t get back together however he didn’t tell me he was back with his ex until a few weeks later after I had already begged and pleaded with him. I have since started no contact after finding advice online but I feel this situation is hopeless and I will never be able to win him back.
