Honestly I feel like if your ex moves on and starts dating someone else there’s no reason to entertain that thought our hope that they’ll come back. Why would you want someone like that back ? They left you for someone else when you were the better option. As much as it hurts I don’t think it’s in our best interest to take someone back who left you and started something else. Just my opinion. We all deserve better

Finding out that he is online dating and looking for someone else only makes me really not want to spend my time trying to get him back. I think that is very high level of disrespect.

When your ex rebounds fast se it as a compliment, sins they cant deal with losing you so they have to fill that place you had, and you know that they are thinking about you when they are with this new person. They havent dealth with the loss and eventualy that Will blow up in ther face. And then they look back at you going strong, they remeber the security they hade with you and will miss that. And when they come back YOU have the power to eather work this out or say no and make them hurt just like they did to you.

My ex made a tinder account literally one week after he dumped me. Biggest disrespect to me and the 3.5 year relationship we had. I don't want him back anymore, but I just hate the fact I gave my heart and soul to someone who could discard and replace me so fast.

I don't know if I would ever forgive myself for taking an ex back if they left me for someone else. My relationship got toxic and I can admit I made a lot of mistakes but I wasn't the only one. I tried so hard to make things work and probably ended up pushing her away in the process. Up until yesterday been in no contact for about 50 days when I saw her out with another dude. Never felt worse in my life. Here I am trying to better myself and learn from my mistakes while she is off "working on herself". The only solace I can take from this is my next relationship will be better. She has a lot of issues and I can't imagine someone else putting up with it the same way I did. No matter how bad it may seem.. there’s hope!!! I watched these videos for a month after my ex left me for a coworker! I stayed in no contact worked on myself. And then reached out after a month ready to steal her back with my new and improved self. We’ll her rebound only lasted 2 weeks. She was lonely miserable and wanted me back bad! I was with my ex for 18 months. Today it is 6 months exactly since I've seen her *March 11. It's now September 11. Backing up. I have learned through your videos that she has a very anxious preoccupied attachment style and I have a secure attachment style. THAT explains EVERYTHING in this relationship. She freaked out all the time if I didn't answer the phone certain times. etc. She also suffered SERIOUS DEPRESSION! This video hit it right on the head. Anyway on Feb 11 she called and told me that she moved her status on facebook to single. I reacted by texting her that I did the same. to call me if she missed me..then she texted back "Not sure I wanna break up, I'll wait to hear from you" Me having a secure attachment style, I didn't freak out or even take it seriously. And we didn't talk about it. I saw her a handful of times after that but she never brought it up once. I thought things were OK but I would see her one weekend both Sat and Sun but the following weekend she said she was with her mother. So I suspect she was seeing someone else when she wasn't with me. The weird thing is that after the weekend she wasn't with me she was admitted to the hospital for depression. She actually was suicidal. This was very serious because they moved her to the Psych Ward in another city. She got out on a Friday but again said she was with her mom that Sat. I saw her Sunday and still thought everything was great. The following weekend she acted suspicious (can't really get into that) I felt her pulling away so I went no contact for 2 weeks and she didn't reach out. Long story short, she broke up with me through facebook messenger. Told me not to contact her and that she was moving on with someone else. I did send her a text message (it was pretty direct and semi vicious) then no contact ever since. She had me blocked on facebook right after the breakup but then unblocked me in July about an hour after I posted pictures of me and a girl I was out with. Her new profile pic has another guy in it but I won't look at her profile. You still think I should be "hopeful">>? Any feedback would be welcome. She hasn't reached out at all. thx

Had my ex of 8 years break up with me about a year ago, because she felt I didn’t want to progress the relationship. Mainly children, I didn’t feel comfortable were I was with my career, and also felt she wasn’t mature enough. As her mom was very involved in her life, decision making, and life choices. Just 2 months after their marriage the man was arrested and put in jail. My ex sent me many messages and called wanting to meet up with me, But I Ignored , I Blocked, and I Deleted her completely out off my life.

My story is weird somehow, i was friends for 3 years with this chick that was married, previous to our 2 year "shit show" she ended up cheating on her husband with me, i gave her a chance because she kept saying he is a horrible person and she wants to divorce him, and they have a kid. Even though i feel way better because i was overweight while with her and now i am fit and muscular, i still get depressed sometimes when i think she might be with this dude, and the fact that her parents are friends with him doesnt help. It's been 5 mths since then and somehow this still bothers me.
