My comment is…I didn’t think this was going to end up to a Show standard….all credit to Dee for her drive, and willingness to take on new skills, and of course entertaining all the way…and to Simon, the understated genius Puffa FIsh

Should have explained to D that chains don't really "stretch", they wear at the pins/bushings, and the extra clearances causes the chain to get longer. We just call it stretch.

Such a great build. Every little touch. Good taste all over it. Unbelievably satisfying to see it looking that awesome... even more unbelievably satisfying to see how fucking happy everybody was around the action getting Di and Jonesy nipped up for the show. Fantastic vid! The future videos on the mechanicals, electrics, firing it up then making it ride as well as it looks... that's all gonna be pure gold. Jonesy ain't just a show pony, he's gotta work! So the content still to come is gonna be really important and excellent to do the right way AND recorded to teach others. All the custom builds out there that are flawed or compromised when it comes down to function as a motorcycle... I bloody love that this build is going to carry on teaching the things that too many builders half arse. Make it a better performing machine than Honda made back in the 70s! Dependable and reliable and capable of miles of smiles. Shit loads of life left in this series still to enjoy! 100% sick job on everything so far 👊🥇😎

Good video again and nice to see your progress. Interesting comment about the service tool to prevent the "O" rings getting squashed when setting the master link.. I discovered this fault on a new bike I had bought about a year before. The link was overtightened at the factory and the "O" ring eventually fell out! Thankfully, even though the warranty had run out a month or so before my finding the fault, the dealer replaced the link free of charge!

I have to agree with Simon, 'I like it a lot'. All credit, a fantastic job. So many nice touches on this understated bike, e.g. the seat, wheels, frame, headlamp, tank, short exhausts and it all combines into an aesthetic whole. No critisism of the many bikes shown in Built magazine (I'm a big fan), where you marvel at the ingenuity and creativity, but you think, great, but not quite entirely to my taste, but with this one, it's all there. No wonder, step back and admire from every angle, for some time. And yep, you use the grinder, you wear safety specs. Looking forward to the next build project.
