I am going through NC right now for 21 days but I haven't seen my ex since (April 5th) we were messing around after she broke up with me. Stay strong. It is easier said than done but focus on you now. I am making a life changing move currently so I am excited and nervous about that. She has viewed all of my stories on Instagram and liked one of them (the stories have ranged from playing golf with friends to Grateful messages about my dogs that have passed years ago.) I am fighting myself each day with reminders of us and it hurts. We have to trust the process and just focus on ourselves at this point

how did it go?

@@louise2528 it's complicated to talk about it but besically we talk with each other time to time. Sometimes there's a spark, sometimes i feel like she is ignoring me and i don't know why so i ended up not reaching out so if she needs me, she's going to text instead of me. We don't know if we want to go back together but at the same we need each other. That's why it's complicated, we don't know what to do and we don't want to rush things cause that would do nothing so right now i wait for the summer break. It feels wonderful when she contacts me so yeah basically we have mini no contacts between messages.

@@vanqz5692 She said she is missing me, she frequently talks to me now, which feels good, we talked about the whole situation and we come to a conclusion that we love each other no matter what but we're affraid to be a couple. It's currently the best outcome since the break up, because I feel like I can talk naturally with her, and don't have to rethink every sentence I say. We did not argue since February, and I feel like she acts really careful not to hurt me any longer which I respect. I told that to her once the inflation ends, I will visit her for a week.

I think you just say “hope you’re well” rather than saying “ im glad you’re alive” because it would seem like you had been waiting and noticing his silence for six months.

Wow … that’s a great attitude. I am just still in the confusion stage… he did no contact about a year ago. But I messaged him on email for a long time … probably over 100 times . He blocked me from everything. But when I emailed him , I said things like “ I’m moving forward, and I don’t want to wait and then I would say “ I love him and miss him” I’m sure I confused him a lot . But I was so hurt … now I haven’t done anything….

Initially he said he needs time to focus on himself and his career and he felt he couldnt give me the attention i needed.also gave a few other reasons after time. I didnt agree with any of it but i just played cool. Then later after getting back together i got the real answer. He told me he felt like i wasn't being as nice to him. He gave me some examples and i agreed. He told me he felt like it wasnt going anywhere and that i didnt really love him that much. So he didnt see a point anymore

@Max Pain Right, same woman. I think we went back to before too fast. I think we needed to start a new relationship, not the same one. It just didn’t work the way it was. So this time, she’s already reached out. The first time, it was about a month. This time it was 4 months and with her phone blocked for 4 months. And it just happens suddenly after no contact. I’m going to take it very slowly this time. Have more fun and date her more, instead of living the husband/wife thing. Less going to her house, more going out with her and doing fun things with her. But if it doesn’t work this time, I’ll have good memories and date someone else. I can’t just keep doing this with her. She’s messed up too, from this. Right now, I’m taking my time replying to her text. And it was complaining a little about me and telling me she found a couple pieces of my clothing at her house. And a promise ring I have her is in the photo she sent with the text. But she’s not asking me to pick it up. She’s just telling me she flung it when she moved to her new house. Why? Why tell me? Answer, she wants to talk and is testing the waters. She made me so mad though, that I’ve been slow to respond. But we’ve been through this before, so I am ignoring her a bit, even though Coach Lee says not to do that. And he’s probably correct, even in this case and circumstances. But I just don’t care. If she’s receptive when I decide to text her, ok, and if not, ok. Because it’s the 2nd time, I just don’t feel the same stresses as last time. But I want this smoothed out the 3rd time we try this. If not, I’m done. I don’t want to make another effort. And I think the first time, we got back together to soon. What I mean is, it would have been better to have been separated with no contact longer. This time, 4 months was good, it gave me enough time to be alone. And hopefully she’s had enough time alone. Don’t blow it. I’ve never commented on his stuff. I got the kit and listened to his videos. They helped a lot. Anyway, don’t cheat on no contact. It will get better. And no contact worked twice! But I didn’t make any mistakes once I went into no contact. One day, I saw her walking. I lost my mind for a second. I almost pulled over to talk to her, we live in a big city. But I didn’t. It would have felt good for a moment, but it wouldn’t have went the way I wanted. So I just sucked it up. Don’t blow it, no matter what. Follow what the guy says, and watch his videos. It will get better. I feel for you though. I was there twice!

@Angela García Sure, I’m finished with it. But it’s not fun. So just focus on you, exercise and do whatever you have to do. But do not mess up no contact. If you make a mistake, you’ll have to start all over again. And you’re chances of winning will go down a bit. And though you’re struggling now, later you’ll feel better and you may not even want this guy back. There are lots of other ones. But if you’re dead set on succeeding with this, then don’t screw up no matter what. No sad comments on your socials, don’t ask friends how he’s doing, and don’t make any mistakes. And there will be times when you can feel like you’re going to make a mistake. Watch another Coach Lee video until it goes away. And don’t dwell in it and don’t go by his house or where you might see him. Just avoid. This second time we broke up. She reached out after 120 days! And this second time, I wasn’t having a super hard time like the first time. I kind of thought that I’d never hear from her ever again. And it’ll be when you’re completely over it, or feeling like yourself again before you met this guy, not perfect, but doing pretty well. No anxiety. I’d like wake up sweating because of anxiety, sometimes. Kept waking up every couple of hours. So if nothing else you get from my messages, and as I said, I’ve never ever written these messages before. I never commented on his videos before. But I did, and then I just commented on your message only. But if you get nothing else out of it, do not blow no contact. Sometimes I wanted to go where I might have a chance just to see her Range Rover go by, but I thought ‘this is soooo immature and stupid.’ And so I just said ‘another day’ but not today. Tell yourself things like that when you’re in a down time. Just say, another day but not today. That should see you through. And he’s right, you have time. She actually may have been even in a rebound, just to get through the pain of it. But I don’t know yet. I’m kind of taking my time to contact her because she reached out, but this is the second time. She blocked my phone and her profile and everting disappeared. My last messages were unread for 4 months. Suddenly it was unblocked and she sent a picture of some things I left at her house, and a promise ring I gave her. And she texted a bit about that and complained a little about me. But to go from blocking for 4 months to that, I’m in. I won. And I’ll move on her slowly. And remember what Lee says about that too. Don’t go to fast if the guy contacts you. Play it very very cool. If he’s contacting you it’s going to be going the way you want. If you give in quickly then you’ll F it up in the long term, and you’ll be back in the same place. In my case, I don’t even know if I really want her back. I just like winning, the physiological win. Anyway, you should watch as many videos of his as you can, Coach Lee’s. If you watch enough of them, you’re going to be in the right place, even if this relationship does come back together. But don’t get me wrong, every situation is different, but if you follow what he’s telling you and do no contact correctly, you’ll have your best chance. And if and when it happens, you’ll just be like ‘I can’t believe it worked!’ He had a video about mistakes with no contact. Watch that. They are common sense things. But people do stupid things out of emotion, or just not thinking. It’s funny too! It’ll cheer you up. Anyway, as bad as it seems right now, it will get better. Something I did that he didn’t talk about was I thought to myself ‘Everyone is in play including her. She’s a moving target (he does talk about moving targets, that part was his, but the rest was mine.) but I just kept saying to myself she’s in play along with every other woman and so it’s going to be fine. Anyway, I’m going to go. I typed more than I planned on. I’m not going to help another person out. But I helped you. I did one. So don’t mess up. Remember I took the time. You need to follow what I’m telling you. I felt from what you were saying that you were having a hard time. But like he says the hard times are where it’s really paying off. It’s not paying off during the easy times and when it’s easy. Just keep listening to his videos. Finally, after a lot of them, you feel well rounded and knowledgeable. Then you’ll begin to feel better..Then just when you’re feeling good. And you’ve kind of accepted that nothing has happened, but you’re feeling good, you’ll get a text. It’s shocking when it happens. But stay cool, no matter how excited you are. As he says, no contact is not a game and dealing with the person after no contact isn’t a game. But, when you respond to that first text, you need to be cool. You need to stay cool. And right now, you’re probably nowhere near where you need to be to be cool. You’re emotional and you need to work on you. Even if the guy came back today, you’re not ready to deal with it emotionally and to be successful. After this temporary time alone, you’ll be ready. You’ll see I’m right. So just be cool right now, watch his stuff, there’s a bunch of videos, and don’t blow no contact. It’s so important not to mess up. But no one can do it but you. Ok, I’ll go. This is probably the last you’ll hear from me. But I hope I impacted you enough for you not to screw up. If you screw up, you’re going to feel better maybe for 1 minute, then it’s not going to go the way you wanted and you’ve just decreased your chances and in increased your hell. @@annerivas1155 Hi Anne, I stayed in complete no silence after the br-up, having sent the short wish you well text just at the start. This meant ignoring birthdays, events we were meant to be at together etc too. He texted out of the blue just a casual one sentence. I replied a couple of hours later saying good to hear from him and hoped he was well. He then immediately suggested meeting. I was surprised by that. I used CL advice of not to give back too soon and said I’d be happy to chat on the phone sometime. I didn’t refer to the meet up suggestion as felt it was a bit quick without anything first. He was then quiet for about 6 days and then asked when we could chat. I had zero intention of contacting him until he did. The call then ended up being several hours on the phone with him explaining in detail the things he’d realised and how much wanted back. ESP WHEN NOT HEARING FROM ME. I gave the phrase of ‘I’m open to that but I need to take it slow.’ This was weeks ago now and I’m still a bit reserved but our flow is almost back but actually in a way better place. He’s been far more attentive and buying me things, taking me new places, which shows he’s chasing. We used to see each other a lot but I’ve kept it a bit less and having my own interests. The split was good as a reset. I really hope you get what you want in your situation. I know I was at a place of being totally uncertain in whether I’d hear from him and had grown to accept that. It was when I was at the point of being okay with it either way that I heard from him. I think it’s maybe important that happens. I’d done daily visualisations of myself being happy and maybe it gave out good vibes if you believe in that😂😂 You’ll be fine whatever happens but I send you hope. Patience is often key and everyone’s timing be different. It may take longer but no contact always your best support.

@@YessyCosmox3 A day lol. This is long, I'm sorry. But if you're willing to read, I appreciate it. It's not the first attempt at no contact. I recently blew no contact. He asked me if I wanted to go for a walk and so a couple days ago, we went for a walk. Everything was going well until he said "you're gonna make someone incredibly happy." He's been with his new girlfriend for 6 months. But he got with her so soon after breaking it off with me, like a few weeks. At first we were hanging out still, but then I wanted to take a break from each other and that lasted a month. And since then, we've texted every now and then and we went for a walk a few weeks ago (my first time seeing him in a few months, i was so nervous) It went well. After both walks, I just feel like there's still something there. The way he looks at me and smiles at me, the long tight hugs, and he was even being a little flirty this last time, etc. So we were texting after the walk a couple days ago and I said I just can't settle for friendship and can't hang out. I've been watching a lot of Coach Lee's videos and took his advice and he's right. It's too hard to hang out with an ex as friends. And I texted my ex that I respect him and his relationship but I think he and I are great together, and he's making a big mistake. And if he ever changes his mind, he knows where to find me. I might still be available (I really don't want to move on.) And what makes it better is that we're still on amicable terms. There's no anger, and he understands and respects me too. So now, I'm serious this time. No contact. I start my new job tomorrow and Im going to focus on that for now. I WILL NOT BREAK NO CONTACT.

Wow I caved and broke NC yesterday after 2 months. I was feeling like a failure for doing it but I see that it just happens sometimes. Here's to our healing and moving on, with or without our exes. It is hard🙏

I can attest to that, broke NC twice ig and I'm currently into a week rn, she's with her ex, but I'm focusing on myself to become better than the version of myself in the first two weeks of the breakup

I reached out to mine after 56 days, the fun zone 😁 thinking she's probably not going to contact me fearing I'll reject her or go on some tirade. She responded immediately and apologized profusely. I just played it cool, polite, happy and no terms of endearment. Didn't ask to meet her, might do that in a fortnight, I'll just let her brood for a bit hehe. So what I'm getting at is they might want to reach out but just plain scared of being ignored. So there's that factor.

I usually don't think men should do the No Contact thing, especially if they're sure the woman would take them back, coz WOMEN EXPECT THE MEN TO PURSUE THEM, usually, to contact them. I'm not sure, but from my experience I'll always wait for the guy to contact me, and if he doesnt, I'm thinking hes not interested. Remember women also making the NO CONTACT. All the best.

That's the beauty of no contact, it puts you in the position to make that choice. Either way, you will come out stronger from it. The only rule you have to follow is: Do nothing! It's a win-win.
