I will purchase the Gigrig G2 this year and replace my current mixer on my pedalboard. At the moment I am using the 2 cable connection, but as soon as the Gigrig G2 is delivered, I will finally get to enjoy the 4 cable connection. My pedalboard is: Delay + Tap Delay, Worm (this one I use for songs such as "like a Stone" by Audioslave), Ripply Fall (Chorus Pedal), ENGL Footswitch (I use an ENGL Fireball 60), Empress Heavy, Big Muff (for Stoner sound) Boss Metal Zone, Compressor and a Cry Baby Wah. Since I play in a Coverband (90s / 00s Stuff like Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, STP, Soundgarden, Radiohead, Audioslave, Black Stone Cherry, Stone Sour, Alter Bridge, Bify Clyro, Fuel, Incubus etc.) this pedalboard suits my purposes perfectly. The Gigrig G2 will prevent me from "tap dancing" on the pedalboard, since I have to switch 2 - 4 pedals in order to get the required sound for the respective song. Thank you for this Demo of Gigrig's capabilites.

GigRig G2!!! Yes!!! Is that not the greatest thing ever? All of their products are just so ingenious. I picked up a Moen GEC9 switching system to use until I get my G2. Inexpensive and easy to setup, pretty versatile. Good choice if you dont want to spend alot. But that G2 is just incredible. I cant wait til I get mine. I agree, worth its weight in gold. Nice choice of fx. Love my tonebone too, really sounds great. Thanks for sharing. Youve reignited my G2 fire! :)

Wow, what a great demo!!!!! I've been looking at the GigRig power options, they seem to be a modular solution. For this setup, which expansion devices are you using (Distributor, Isolator, etc)? With so many pedals having differing power requirements I'm finding the GigRig power stuff hard to wrap my mind around. Great playing! Hope your hands have fully healed my friend!

Great video brother, very informative! I just purchased the g2 and their power supply boxes, isolated ones. Anyways, I currently dont have an pedal board that will fit the new g2 and all my pedals and Id like to keep it as small, and light weight, as possible. So please let me know the size of your board and who makes these tiered boards? I live in the USA and know your in England but that info will help me out tremendously. Great sound.. And you are a really good player... LOve that Tonebone classic drive pedal.. Instant Marshall in a box.. VEry versatile pedal.. Are you running a Budda V20 head with 6v6 into a cab ? or is it the EL84 loaded combo.. The sound you get sound more "closed back cab" tightness to my ears..

well, I saw this demo yesterday and was really flashed by this sound. I quit playing in our band and I played chess instead guitar. But today I ordered the tonebone, and I want to have most of the pedals I saw. the gigrig is a musthave- I am inspired again and will start guitar playing again

Have you posted a list of all your pedals somewhere along the line? If so, if not could you post another list?

I noticed that even though you're using the AC Booster on Preset 3, the stomp box switch (7) that activates the AC Booster's loop doesn't light up. Could you set up the G2 to do that if you wanted to?

I am tempted by the Gigrig 2 but run all my delay, verb and modulation in stereo. How are peeps doing this as you only have 2 stereo inputs correct? So for example if you have a mobius, timefactor and BigSky do you just piggy back them and control the switching via the midi? Or do peeps attach additional inputs?

Great sound and great playing, I'm just wondering, is there any particular reason why you're not using the MIDI functionality of the G2 for the Timefactor? Is it just because it wouldn't fit on the board with the MIDI cable plugged in or did it hurt the versatility somewhat. Also can you change the Mobius presets on the fly when the MIDI signal is dictating a certain preset or is it stuck there unless you're not sending any MIDI at all.

How does g2 switch between the a and b presets on the mobius?

curious how you run 12 pedals with only 10 loops available? Is the wah always in the chain and not in the looper?

Great board and tone, man! But how come, you don't overdrive the eventide's input when playing solo sounds? Is it in the effects loop of the amp? I always have problems with delays that work just fine with no boost/overdrive pedals in front and then have WAY too much wet ratio or even distort when boost or/and overdrive pedals are engaged...
