Hi Melody, thanks for sharing your story. It was a pleasant surprise to see you had posted a video on spirituality of all things! I was also brought up in a christian household and have attended a charismatic church on/off over the years and have recently come back to faith and relationship with God after going my own way for a while. It turns out God does know a better way to live life than I do, lol
I should mention as a fellow Christian I use to lay in bed and talk to God the same way. It wasn't quite a voice you'd hear back, but it was like...An instant knowledge injection into your mind. I'm a terrible night owl as well (even went to the doctor for it) and night prayers and chats with the Creator led me to rest. It's amazing to hear someone else having the same experience.
Spiritual and religious beliefs can be so real to INFJ, that it is strange to us that other people wouldn’t think about it as much as we do. And the idea that people’s beliefs come from without rather than within is also mind boggling to us.
NFs are deeply spiritual and in many cases, individualistic with our beliefs. As an ENFP, I've yet to meet one of us who ISN'T spiritual. I've gone to church with an ENFP and the next day received a Tarot reading by another. My spiritual life is self-defined, it doesn't follow all the norms, but it follows by Fi and perhaps if for me there is a metaphysical "Stairway to Heaven" it is found in my Fi, my personal set of moral codes.
Hi Melody, It's so great to have you back! It was really interesting to hear about your spiritual life and experiences. I myself am very interested in spiritually and have had some experiences myself, though perhaps not so many as you. I would love to hear more about your experiences in greater detail, if you're comfortable with that. And yes, I would love if you could just do more videos on this overall topic!

Which brings this question to mind: how much of these experiences really come from "within", from a deep spiritual connection with a higher being or meaning; and how much is inspired and produced by society and specific religious upbringings? Like, if one was instead born in another country, in the context of another religion or "philosophy of life", or even had grown in an atheistic environment, firstly would they still experience the same things? And then, would they still interpret it in the same way, as coming from the same source or being? Or in some other way...? In the most extreme case, if someone was born on an island and grew there, away from any kind of society or external belief system, and then had such spiritual experiences, would it still result in a deepening of belief in "God"? Would they even know or understand what a God is...?
I would like to invite you to islam on behalf of GOD ,and would want for you to see GOD through the lens of islam, Read Quran and study the Prophet of GOD Prophet muhammad (pbuh), that's all GOD will asks from your beautiful soul to reach out to him to really catch on YOUR SINCERE WELLWISHER ❤
