I like watching long videos when I'm getting ready to go out or doing something else. I can't just sit there for that long. My attention span can't handle it but that's a me problem.

Brooke I totally agree with you!! People go to the extreme to go back to their previous weight or they have unrealistic expectations ... Project Comeback for me is just being cleared to exercise by my dr and I’m slowly easing back into training.

I actually appreciate it that the videos are not too long. I have a pretty busy life too and if the video is longer than 15ish minutes I usually pass on the whole thing. I am really enjoying watching your journey; it is filled with a lot of encouragement. 😀

I always love your vids! Then your pregnancy ones.. found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago and am currently 10 weeks with my first ❤️ I’m trying to be healthy and mindful of what I eat but the last few weeks all I wanted was carbs .. I didnt want to even look at anything green. But calming down now haha thank god. I am not super fit (used to be 😅) but want to start doing something to make sure I don’t turn into a potato! Also can’t believe how motivated you were all through your pregnancy!! I am a painter and that’s how I make a living and for about 5 weeks now all I want to do is sleep or eat.. I don’t want to even look at a paintbrush!! Feel like this week I’m finally starting to feel more like myself 🙌🙌 Big ramble for no reason haha just really love your videos and find you even more of an inspiration than I did now that I am also on the pregnant journey! Thank you so so much for all of your content! 🙌🙌❤️❤️

Thanks sezzzy this helped me so much I’ve just been on a family weekend and just because of the limited food available and being on the go I’ve eaten a lot of unhealthy food I wouldn’t normally have. I’ve observed that although I eat very healthily throughout the week I often pick at food in the fridge and think I’m hungry all the time. A normal work day for me will involve breakfast : picking at random leftovers in the fridge lunch is always a salad or sometimes I have a weight watchers wrap and dinner is normally something like chicken with lots of vegetables. However almost every day before dinner I snack on random things out of the fridge. I’m trying to change my habits and develop healthier habits. I am thinking as I am off work tomorrow I’m going to put some headphones on have a banana and some pineapple for breakfast and actually have some fruit instead of random snacks and then try really hard to drink lots of water and not think about food so much the problem I have is I go through phases of being really mindful and eating paleo based but then I often overeat and rush my food too ! It’s so hard to be mindful

I love project comeback! I’ve always had a really low self esteem but recently I’ve been going to the gym a lot more and eating tons of good food and I’m starting to see improvements in both my mind and body! It’s such a great feeling, Sarah has really motivated me to keep going so if you read this Sarah I wanna say thank you so much! I messaged the support team at Tropeaka and they said to be aware of the lean protein and they said the BCAA+ should be avoided until after breastfeeding! ❤️ Also love you and your videos. Hi Sarah! Right now you're cutting out a lot of natural foods to see if Fox is feeling better without them! Do you also want to try to cut out Tropeaka powder for a week or two? Even if it's out of natural resources, it still is something processed and not a natural food. Maybe it's worth a shot!

NugatNuss Marie my mom had to cut a bunch of natural foods when she was breastfeeding me and some of my siblings. I’ve been sensitive to fairly, eggs, red meat, beans, grains, and certain fruit my whole life, meaning that when my mom ate them while breast feeding I was a miserable baby. Sometimes our bodies just can’t digest the food well even if it’s “natural”.

NugatNuss Marie as she has mentioned he has reflux, the foods that she is cutting out are not random. These are foods that people with reflux cannot eat. Adults with reflux don’t eat the foods she has eliminated.

I love project comeback because I’ve always envied you and your fitness routine but I was DEFINITELY not at your level lol so now I kind of feel like I can progress along with you starting from the “beginning”! I was so inspired by your last video that I went to the gym that day and did some of your exercises. Love this kind of videos, especially when you do them ❤️ it is also helpful for those of us that are not moms or new moms. Like you saying your body mimicks hunger when you didht drank enough... A light bulb went off in my head. I have been having such sweet cravings lately, and even though I drink enough water I probably don't drink it at the right times. So thank you for that reminder! ❤️

I'M SO EXCITED TO GET THEM I'm just worried about sizing because I'm in between a 5 and 6, closer to a 5. Saving this for the future! I’m currently pregnant with my second child and I’m loving what you said about being kind to your body. I got my abs back and my fitness was better than before after my first child in 9 months more or less. It takes 9 months to have a baby and 9 months for it to recover. Xxx
