The dog, cuckoo and other ambient sounds is what makes this game perfect for me. Not even once I considered them annoying, only mosquitos can fuck off.

I'm loving the struggle. That's the beauty of this game. You need lot of patience and problem solving skills to get trough this (Or just patience if you look things from internet)

At 36:45 when you say that "No please or anything". Funny fact, word please doesn't really exist in Finnish language at least nothing like in the English language. You could try to say "Would you...?" or "Could you...?" But that can be taken as too polite easily. Finnish is kind of "direct" language in a way but we have specifically a way to ordering someone to do things so what sounds ordering for English speaking world, is neutral for Finnish.

Hood is konepelti in finnish. Kone = machine and pelti = sheet of metal. That text on rear window "oispa kaljaa" = I wish I had beer

I believe those are supposed to be house flies making noise rather than mosquitoes. Both are common in Finland in summer, but the sudden, almost aggressive bursts of noises in the game remind me a lot more of flies than mosquitoes. What's more, if it were mosquitoes, it would make little sense for the noise to become more prevalent with dirtiness (if that's indeed the case).

I'm impressed you were able to get through the whole midnight garage session without the aid of some thumping techno. Although I was quickly admonished into using headphones rather than speakers (no so much a problem if you're in Finland, a mile from your nearest neighbour), I don't think I would have survived my IRL late night / midwinter car spannering antics with only the sounds of nature for company. Loud, high energy music was an absolute must.

A bit more annoying than a woodpigeon, but still nowhere near as annoying as the bird that used to sit outside my window at work and just repeatedly go "PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP", really, _really_ loudly... at about 8000Hz. Like someone blowing a piccolo into your ear.

I was amazed when my engine ran on my first start. Sadly I just about destroyed my car towing it at full speed from the mechanic after having him tune the engine. Later my fan belt broke, I didn't notice... engine over heated.. heard a pop... piston broke. :(

Indeed it must be a "bug" for the battery at 10:00 being installed but not needing any bolts to be fixed in place. Has anyone said it in the forums?

What about the brake master cylinder then squirrel? Should have put it in next the the clutch cylinder while doing all the bulkhead installation work! Ha ha! No brakes!
