My Swift Gaming History(3) Gameboy Color PlayStation Portable & Nintendo 3DS.🎮📜🕹🍀 

Rushed or not I love theses gaming history videos. Almost missed it! Due to school, work, and travel I’m heavy on mobile gaming. I think everybody had a gameboy back in the day simply for economical reasons and yes, I played the shyt out of Pokémon. Never had the DS but the psp was amazing. I would consider the PSP one of the first modern handhelds. I used to take mom to work and play it on my downtime whenever I got the chance. Now I’ve taken up a steam deck and I’m trying to finish metal gear five and resident evil seven. Given the release of all the current pc based handhelds like the deck and ally it’s good to look back.

Seems quite a few folk only dabbled handheld wise buddy! I've heard the PSP has a very solid library indeed, haha I promise I meant grinding purely in the repetitive gaming sense but now I hear it differently.😅 I spend too much time on the phone as is to add gaming to the mix haha. Aye it's nice having some of these ole gaming jems around, I remember stumbling across the Gameboy Color again say 10+ years ago an actually finishing off the Pokidex for Pokemon Blue haha. No I've never actually rebought any retro consoles once I let em travel away to various places, playing a HD remaster or retro titles on fairly modern consoles is usually the only way I revisited them down the years.🕹🌠🎮 Ah thanks man very kind of you to say I always enjoy listening to others gaming stories myself. Had so much fun on that title overall George, learning more of Big Boss becoming a leader an seeing mother base evolve, fondly remember trying to reach the requirements to get the screen to go red an see that final cutscene an battle unfold. Peace!✌️🌠🍀

Ah thanks Jon as always, this was a tad rushed even for my chilled standards haha but covered most of the bases.👍 You make a clear point there..if in life I'd of been forced on the move more often my handheld action might of increased substantially! Never played a Sega Game Gear but I've heard lots of positive things about them over the years.💪🎮✅️🍀

I thought I'd get some light guff for my only very mildly dipping into the handheld realm but seems quite a few folk opted out or just dabbled too! Never touched the Switch but I've heard good things haha🎮🌠🍀

@@GenerationPixel Probably should of mentioned that the 3DS was my favourite of the 3 handhelds shown, my favourite Nintendo console thus far would be the GameCube, surely the Switch couldn't surpass that exceptional wee machine?🕹😂🍀

Capturing free living Pokemon an forcing them to fight other enslaved beings for mere pleasure/entertainment certainly wouldn't be a Vegan thing to do!⚡️🌱 Was actually pondering mentioning that but time constraints got in the way, I've had many a conversation with gaming pals about the shall we say not so animal friendly issues in Pokemon, an other titles. One of the main reasons I drifted away from the games. I thought most folk would give me some light guff for only dabbling in the handheld console realm but seems quite a few didn't partake thus far. @@Pjvenom1985 That would be a great idea for a video or even series , Pondering the ethical and the morals of gaming, I see a lot of people Playing hunting and fishing games, My brother loves fishing games but has never been fishing in his life And I just couldn't imagine him Youth having the stomach to remove a barbed hook from a fish's mouth, One of my favourite things to do In gta games Just go around Massacre people with Guns, Running them down with cars , Ashing into other vehicles, Killing police officers And robbing people, All of these things I would never do in real life And if I heard of such things on the news it would Disgust me, I think that's one of the Youth reasons video games are so popular because You can do so many things you would never do in real life And because it's not real Nobody gets harmed So you can do things you would never even think about

@@marcgoesblindgaming2076 Definitely would buddy, acknowledging an conversing iconic gaming characters more benevolent malevolent or short comings etc one of my favourite aspects gaming wise has always been handling the ethical cognitive conundrums that crop up in various series especially when the interactive medium gives you the choice on how to proceed. Then there's titles that have more reflection an depth than I expected, like Red Dead Redemption 2 even though Redemption is in the fecking title!🤠 That's true too of course we can often do all sorts of fantastical or silly things in games we'd never dream of doing in real life.🌍🎮 Fishing is often glorified an portrayed as a wholesome peaceful calming bonding activity, in reality it's objectively violent animal abuse/killing for human pleasure, the free living victim involved is to say the least not having a nice calm peaceful time of it, quite the opposite sadly.🐟💚 I'm delighted your bro only sticks to pixelated harming of aquatic life! I used to really enjoy fishing in World of Warcraft for achievements many moons ago, but the more educated I became on fishing an the amazing sentient beings it harms I get turned off fishing even in video games these days... with the exception of for quests or trophies perhaps.🌊🕹🏆

Ah fair play! Fond memories of the Clash of Clans era the team aspect an strategy of those wars was a lot of fun, trying to get those 3 star victories!⭐️ My nephew picked the Clans name I'd 100% choose something Vegan oriented nowadays!🌱🙌 I stopped because my phone broke an I lost access to my account, didn't want to start again so I decided to retire peacefully an turn my village into a sanctuary, my army was pretty much all Dragons anyway haha.🔥🧘‍♂️🐉🍀
