I’m just curious, has anyone achieve a remission/ recovery from any of the RU-vid channels? I see a lot of , yes I’ll start soon or wow great results but I really haven’t seen anyone comment, yes it worked / have put it in remission.

Kenny, I'd love to know your opinions on viome vs ombre. I've been looking at both and know you have used ombre before as well. They are a little more affordable for me. Do you feel the results are better or more accurate with viome? I'd appreciate your pros /cons of them up against each other. Thanks!
I think either will do a decent job of letting you know what’s going on inside the gut microbiome and what steps you can take to improve it! My personal favorite is Viome (obviously I’m biased bc I’m still actively working with them). I’m no longer doing any new promotions for Ombre (no bad blood, they just wanted to take their business direction more towards being sold in supermarkets rather than being pushed by content creators per what I was told). So, that being said I think either can help you get a picture of what’s going on and what steps can be taken to improve, but personal favorite is Viome.

Are you still in remission? I understand your livelihood requires selling hope but I want to manage expectations if I choose a more natural route. Do you still have intermittent low-level inflammation?
Yes, still in remission and feel great. I don’t know if there’s any low-level inflammation as my last colonoscopy was in the spring of 2022. May check blood markers later this year and will share those when/if I do. Other than a short-term bout of diarrhea while traveling this past Dec-January in Bali, I have felt phenomenal. Managing expectations is definitely a good idea, I don’t want anyone to incorrectly think it’s a guarantee that they’ll see the same success that I have. Just want them to know I think it’s possible for many to significantly improve. Hope that helps answer your questions!
Great question! I would try to follow the viome recommendations. So you could try to substitute a Viome recommended ingredient in place of whatever cookbook ingredient Viome thinks you should avoid. Unless the Viome recommended food is a leafy green or other type of potentially rough insoluble fiber that could cause mechanical irritation to inflamed areas inside the intestines. So the idea is to try to follow the principles of Biome Optima (i.e. mitigate roughage), but use Viome to customize Biome Optima as much as possible to your gut microbiome. Hope that makes sense!
This is exactly what I and millions of suffering totally hate I mean hate to the core Kenny healed on bananas fruits plant diet as documented in his videos and Kenny is the worlds most helpful courageous honest good human he is more helpful then the world's gastroenterologist combined I mean it but then things get complicated were everybody who has healed or in deep remission thinks business money more money millions billions trillions miracle this model is toxic many people with ibd are poor and in desperation to the point of ending your genuine videos are million times more helpful all around the world were there is internet and youtube so i thank you for sharing the journey just one favour from you i dont have the will power but you have if possible can you do a video of potato juice for one 1 or 2 weeks then just broccoli juice for the same periods its difficult but you tried cabbage juice with some effect if you decide to write a book i will it buy without hesitation your journey is important and unique please dont give up
If you really want to help people with ulcerative colitis, don't try to profit off their backs and sell your plan, but give it to people for free to heal themselves as you claim. In my opinion, if a person really wants to help another person, they will do it for free, not by asking money for it, I'm sorry, but even what you offer is just food that people forgot to cook, it's nothing special and without to buy the plan, they can figure out what to cook for themselves, it's ridiculous, but people are apparently so desperate that their brains are fogged.
