I do daily 17 and and alternate day 20 hours fasting and kefir and butter and lactose free yogurt and cheese and ghee and lots of fruits eaten alone fruits should not be consumed with carbs or protein
Hello Kenny! Can you maybe make a video about the supplements and the doses you take? I make a mix of vit D, zinc and omega 3 but i would like to add your options. Thank you for all that you have been doing for the ibd out there !
THIS IS WHY THIS WORKS: A big part of why this is effective is most of the foods he's consuming contain L-Glutamine. I optimized my diet around foods that contain Glutamine. I also supplement with 20 Grams per day. It's been a MIRACLE in my inflammation. I was in the worst flare of my life and from day one of starting Glutamine, I started feeling better. I was in remission in days. Yes you need to incorporate healthy diet and exercise also. Do a food journal find out what foods are good for you and not good. Consume fermented food and prebiotic. You can heal without meds!! TRY L GLUTAMINE!!! It's a game changer I promise!!
thanks for the great video. BTW, I notice you use the Athony's Organic. I had the worst experience with the brand for coconut chips and cocoa nibs, ~1/3 of them has mycotoxins gave me terrible headaches and gas even though I kept them in frizzer and before expiration dates. I haven't used it since.
Thank you for having me Kenny! So happy we finally got to connect. We have the same mission - to help empower those suffering from IBD and give others the resources we could only wish we had when we were suffering. God bless brother much love!
Great interview! Thank you for having us Kenny, we look forward to partnering with you to make this world a safer place and empower those of us with IBD. Also thank you for all the amazing work you do and changing lives around the world. God bless & Much love!
I had my first bout with UC about a month and a half ago and was told diet didn't matter... “just take the prednisone and we'll check back in with you”. The Prednisone was helping but once I started doing what I learned team Honnas, everything improved exponentially.
Lol good point. I avoid a lot of polysaccharides, following the SCD diet loosely. That being said I feel my body does good with certain carbs, like white rice, so I keep those in pretty consistently. Sorry for the confusion! (So yes, I avoid a lot of carbohydrates, but still consume specific ones)
I've been making this yogurt for more than a year and it's great. Very good health benefits. I had a few failed batches recently which had almost no taste after using my well practised method that worked great before. Eventually I worked out the quantity of L Reuteri in the BIOGAIA tablets varies a lot with some of them having almost no L Reuteri so it did not matter how much I tried these batches would not work. Fortunately I had some nice tart L Reuteri yogurt in my fridge from earlier batches which I then used as seed for more yummy tart yogurt. It appears that the manufacturing process of the tablets is inconsistent with some tablets having such a low culture count the result after 36 or even 42 hours was just tasteless and flat.
Thanks so much Kenny for doing what you do, great videos with Dane and High Carb Health, I have been following all three of you since my crohns diagnosis in 2021 and all the information you all put out has made such a difference to my recovery. Keep up the good work!
i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and i was very distressed but i got to know about Ulcerative colitis care pack by planet ayurveda and i got permanent releif. must try for better results
Wow, glad you got your liver enzymes checked. I'm really not sure and am definitely not a doctor. However, from a cursory internet search, it seems that indigo naturalis has been reported to cause elevated liver enzymes in some people. Potential reasons are pre-existing liver problems, high doses or prolonged use of indigo naturalis, or it might just be due to the indigo itself. Glad your doctor caught it- definitely recommend following your doc's advice!
@@team_honnas yeah it's a bit disappointing, had high hopes for the indigo! Just so happened that I had a routine blood test scheduled a week after starting, I wonder if they would have levelled out if I continued for a few weeks but probably not worth the risk
I get the frustration. My goal has always been for the information that helped me get better to be completely free on my channel. My bootcamp series is free (ru-vid.com/group/PLFg7hdmOnjfXH8GD-6TlfQTbIZRux7ldL) and then here is an article I wrote a while back listing what I think are some of the most important videos on my channel that communicate what I think is some of the most important information: www.teamhonnas.com/blog/you-dont-need-a-coach-how-to-improve-your-gut-health-on-your-own-for-free. The Biome Optima course on my website is not free, but there isn't any new information in there that isn't already on my channel. The course is just a convenience because it's laid out in a much more organized and succinct way. I hope this at leasts gets you started and I'm wishing you good health.
When i had panic attacks , i went on youtube to find how to fix myself, found a lot of people like both of these guys who went through something , experimented a lot and then instead of summarizing their tips and advice and helping people for free, they elongaaaate the talks , and then create courses and programs for people to buy , in order to receive the full help , I hate this shiut. by the way i have crohns's disease and am on biologics and i am healthy as hell , doing great , find a good doctor and stick to their advice and their words, also educate yourself , everyone's IBD is different , things that work for one person does not work for another, read about Crohn's read about UC , read about your condition and try what you think is best for you. do not FOLLOW RU-vidRS.
Most doctors in the functional health space are trianed chiro's like Dr. Pompa, Dr. Axe and many more. Also as a D.C, Thomas is recognized more so than an N.D. in the USA on both a federal & state level. Soon to be Dr. Kuchenbrod has also trained under my team for 4+ years and worked with hundreds of IBD clients himself with massive success. He's amazing at what he does. Have a great day and god bless!
You can get colonics in most cities... they are around $100. Doesn't require a doctor. You can do enemas at home the equimpent only costs about $20 for a bucket or shower setup on amazon. You just need a perscription for the "medicine"
Indigo naturalis is the single most effective supplement I have ever come across for pulling patients out of flares. Thanks for continuing your work and exploration Kenny. I've worked with Dane, HCH, Rob Stuart and followed you for years. I'm at a pretty solid point in my life due to all of you guys and I continue to explore and experiment. Thanks for all you do and keep it up! Would love to hop on an interview with you some day.
@@alexneumann4623 I don't think so as my last few liver enzyme tests were normal and I have had IBD for 26 years and never been this high It's a documented possible side effect from indigo Don't let it dissuade you though as a lot of people have great success on it
Please could you share how did you take it , for how long and what were the symptoms if you don’t mind me asking? I took it for about 6 months and it helped me. Thanks

Hi Kenny! Thank you for sharing your story and all these high quality informations. I have a question: how to manage UC with a vegan diet. Please can you gave me some tips to reduce the flare-up and inflamation on a plant-based diet? Thank you so much
Sometimes we need to say we are really sorry for our actions and we hope that the other side is receptive and willing to forgive. This is a life lesson for all of us. All of you have been a blessing for so many people looking for answers. May Jesus Christ keeps blessing you and since you are famous please bring His massage to everyone who is willing to listen.
Hey, a few years ago you were suggesting a probiotic called flora something. I can't find it in any of your videos, do you by chance remember the name of it?
This was unreal man. I've followed both of your guidance since re-entering active Crohn's last year after nearly 10 years of remission. And I always use the words "cherry pick" as well, because I follow so many people in the IBD and general health and wellness space. But this 83 minutes was so jam packed with information, some of which I had never heard before. There's soooo many layers to this and other auto-immune disorders. But thanks to incredible people like you guys, that have so much drive and initiative, humankind will unlock the mysteries of returning to wellness!
2Ch 16:12-13 In the thirty-ninth year of his reign Asa was diseased in his feet, and his disease became severe. Yet even in his disease he did not seek the LORD, but sought help from physicians. And Asa slept with his fathers, dying in the forty-first year of his reign. (Keep Your Faith) What is impossible with men is possible with God.
Thanks for this podcast. What really helped me was extended fasting combined with prayer. The reason why is because God kept revealing to me new ways to eat, showing me what foods to minimize and which ones to eat more. This was the only way for me to make breakthroughs with my eating, and it may require divine intervention.
