GSW Power yes you should it’s amazing. i even rinse in twist to retain moisture and some deep conditioner. i only unravel them to apply conditioner and moisturizer when styling
patience in waiting for your hair to grow over time AND patience in putting in the work to retain the growth length. Wash day would literally take me 6 hrs. Thank the good Lord above, I'm down to 3 hrs for a simple wash, 4.5 if I deep condition. And I attribute it to prayer and wearing my hair in twists most of the week. I have curly hair, so the twists keep my hair from tangling and it elongates my hair which also adds length. Let's get em girls!!!!
Your hair at 2:00 is a look itself. Thats how my hair looks with twist extensions! I definitely need to get back into growing out mine, I hit a plateau at BSL and just stopped trying. smh it could've been longer.
Ebony Cummings hi my love i have a great tutorial on how I achieve an extremely defined wash n go on type 4 hair Check the link out ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6pFR-zON_z8.html
I love your wash routine. Although it's time consuming... That's just the sacrifice we have to make when we want to keep our hair healthy... I'm definitely gonna try twisting my hair while washing. It's seems much easier. I dread having to comb my hair while washing because it's extremely thick. I'm in the process of growing my hair back out it's been a year since I've cut it off and now it's past my shoulders. I just subscribed 😊🧡🧡🧡
My hair ain't that easy to comb my fingers or a comb through and every time I do it I feel like Im going to break it off or something. I should get some oil though or some detangling spray or something. Maybe I should get some of that shampoo and try it since I see that all the time.
No seriously, same, it wasn't until I started deep conditioning more and using products with more slip that it got better. Try the giovanni conditioner, it might help and it's typically less than 10 bucks

First, I like Argan Rain Shampoo for what it doesn't contain, namely, a lot of harmful chemicals; second, I like it because it contains a lot of natural ingredients known to be good for hair, and third, I like the way it leaves my hair, shiny and soft. All in all, it's a very good product.

Your hair is so long and healthy. I wanted to let you know I did a video this week on my journey from twa to waist length natural grey hair. I hope you can watch it.
Your hair maybe take 1 bottle of deep condition per wash omg how often you wash your hair once a week or 2weeks? Your voice is charming so I made it to the end sweetie.

This video is what I mean when I say I wish I had type 4 hair. Look how juicy those twists are 😭 look how they stay wrapped around. I bet u could sleep in them even wet and they’d stay intact. I have type 3 curly hair and it absolutely HATES twists because it will literally unravel immediately. 😞 I have no other choice than to rock braids under my wigs

Sorry if you said this already but how often in a week to you detangle with a comb or some type of hair tool (dry or wet). Also in a week how often do you moisturize you’re hair?
I usually detangle only once a week, typically with a comb. I'll grease my scalp (but not necessarily moisturize) just about every day, especially my edges because they get wet from the shower and dry out.
I want to try that conditioner again bc everyone says its so good. I tried it a few years ago when I was still relaxed/transitioning but it made my scalp very itchy and irritated. Now im fully natural so maybe it will be different? But im also kind of scared id get the same reaction
In a video, you mentioned that you wash every other week and remoisturize your protective style. Is that what a wash and go is? or is that a completely different thing you do with different steps?

I usually wouldn't put argan oil on my scalp. On my scalp I'll put jamaican black castor oil, or my oil mix which has castor oil, sweet almond oil and olive oil. But I'll throw in other oils sometimes like avocado
I alternate between every week and every other week. If I have something like cornrows I'll push to every other week, if I have twists or my hair out, I'll wash on a more weekly basis
Does anyone here use suave's shampoos to wash their hair? I use it and it really dries out my hair. Any recommendations for shampoos that won't dry my hair out?
