I kind of feel bad for Max like 5th most in this story? After the two who got Cheated on and the kids obvi. But like, based on what was said in the story, he got potentially groomed into being in a weird taboo incest relationship as a child, seems like he was forced to deny atleast half of if not all of his sexuality and play “man of the house big happy family,” got publicly outed and humiliated for not only not being straight but also participating in long term incest, became homeless outside of a stay at some other guys meth house, and then eventually killed himself. Hearing this story I knew someone like Max (minus the incest) and yeah, watching his life was really sad. We were friends during covid and watching him try to be the stereotypical red neck, while secretly being gay was hard. At least 90% of these reddit stories are fake/written by AI. Everything is going well but they will always slip up and switch information somehow, like in the end he said he’s not going to be stepfather to Max’s son when it has been made clear the kid is from a previous relationship of his ex. There are indeed a lot of fakes. An AI isn't perfect for reading a script. Things don't come out right. Beyond that when you pay attention to this story you hear. Incest and leaving a kid with a mother actively participating in it. He had a lawyer right. That lawyer had to know the details and he is obligated to report this as it's a crime. So like I don't see how this even went farther. CPS will get involved in a hurry. When my wife started out in family law we had several instances of incest go down between clients and kids almost always got removed from homes. Very fast and put somewhere else. The level of selfishness of op saying he wants to be a father so he wasn't going to correct the parents about what happened. No lets just let our daughter possibly groom and victimize the kid. Or take him to hang out with Max only to have that person do something to him. No there is evidence there needs to be something done. Full stop, you don't put kids in danger like that.
