I really find that frozen grapes satisfy my ice cream cravings. Another option are frozen dark sweet cherries with a few chocolate sprinkles on top.

I just joined WW and I LOVE your videos. You are so good explaining all this. I am trying not to let this journey overwhelm me. I’ve lost 50 pounds and have kept if off for 13 years. I want to lose 20 to 30 more. When I get down on myself, I remind myself of that accomplishment and try hard to look forward in losing more weight. Thank you so much for your videos!

There's a basic chicken thighs recipe that uses artichoke hearts, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Marinate, then bake or grill. Very flavorful. I think those were the only ingredients, can't remember if tgere was lemon in there or not

GREAT video! Wish I could give it 2 thumbs up! I agree that roasted peppers and artichokes are often overlooked. Pumpkin is great in oatmeal, if you haven't tried that.

I do spiralize my zucchini and mix it with hot spaghetti noodles before adding hot sauce. It really helps to bulk it up and it is so satisfying. I’ve tried cooking it before adding the sauce, but it gets too soft. Letting the zoodles sit on paper towels before adding to spaghetti can remove some of the water too.

😂 eating taco soup for lunch as I watch this! 1 can each pinto, black, kidney beans. All drained and rinsed. 1 can each corn, diced tomatoes, green chilies. No drained. 1lb 96% ground beef and 1 diced white onion browned together. Packet of taco seasoning and 2 tbsp ranch mix. Two cups water. I too mine with a dollop of ff plain Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of fat free cheddar. 🤤

Just tried the frozen blackened chicken today . . . so good!! Also, highly recommend zucchini noodles. I actually make a batch of zucchini and yellow squash noodles (mixed together) for the week and store them in the fridge. It’s super easy to pull out enough for a quick lunch, toss it in a skillet with a little olive oil, and grape tomatoes or even add protein (shrimp or meatballs are a personal fave), so good!

I love zoodles! Sometimes I lay them on a baking sheet and broil them with lemon pepper seasoning and they come out soft with crispy edges and is so delish!

I highly recommend that you guys try zoodles! I like to bulk up my protein spaghetti and meatballs with zucchini by making zoodles. Sooo good!! 😁💜

I slice my mini bell peppers in half a roast for about 15 minutes at 350°. While they are roasting I mix some fat free cream cheese with fat free shredded cheddar.chopped jalapeno, and crumbled crispy center cut bacon. Once they come out I stuff them with the cream cheese mixture and bake for another 8 to 20 minutes! Satisfies my jalapeno popper cravings. Great as a side or just a snack...dip in Bolthouse ranch for an extra treat!one cone put to 1 point each!

Instead of oil in your chicken marinade try lemon juice. It acts the same way as salt on your tongue but doesn’t have the downside of salt. It also makes the chicken very tender.

I don't follow any diet but just realized that I basically only ever eat food that is in the zero-point catagory. If I would eat as much as I could, I would constantly gain weight. But that is due to the circumstance that I can eat really big portions and be hungry again 2 hours later. - I love apples - but they never ever satisfy my hunger but make me more hungry instead. I can easily eat 5 apples a day or more in addition to everything else I eat (and I used to do that, too). Please tell me that I am not the only one.
