Michael Myers has been a very bad killer for a lot of years, and he is the only original character from 2016 that didn't get any changes to his addons or power whatsoever. Why does he suck, and how to fix him are answered in this video!
REMEMBER that this is my idea and it might have some flaws since I do not have the tools to test if these changes are good or not! Conceptually I think they are fun!

Why not instead of overstalking mechanic, last 2 survivors you stalked cant be stalked by you above tier 2 anymore instead so it incentivizes on chasing other survivors and spreading your pressure, albeit making him a tad weaker

Yea, I thought your changes were pretty good but for the animation part is not possible because Behaviour does not have access to the second movie licence.

It will never not bother me that Laurie and Haddonfield got visual reworks but Myers’s model still looks extremely dated when compared to everyone else.

There's literally plent of cosmetics they can do as well, the new timeline with thw weathered masks, and all thr injury weathering in the jumpsuit, HELL THE BANDAGE MASK to go with the hospital gown, or even the rob zombie cosmetics, the super rotted mask and the brown jumpsuit

I also think giving Myers map-wide terror radius like the legion add-on when he pops tier 3 would also give back some of that paranoia as you wouldn't be able to pinpoint exactly where he is and would intimidate survivors much more

oh god please yes this. I am a new myers player and my favorite way to play is stealth t1. when i dont have scratcched mirrors i just use bitter murmur bbq lethal and some form of slowdown. doesnt do much but it still feels fun to jump scare survivors and feeling like your presence is just menacing as all fuck, a map wide terror radius in t3 would contribute to that so much

If they do this, they would have to make it a non-directional lullaby because being map wide doesnt necessarily mean you cant determine where he is, as normal terror radius (everyone except huntress, dream world freddy, trickster, and demanifested sadako) is directional and allows survivors to determine where the killer is in relation to their own position.

the idea of Myers being able to break a wall by walking through would be amazing. id say though that if you do walk through, you should be slowed down similar to singularity spawning on top of a dropped pallet.

Myers being completely outdated is one of the reasons why I mostly play him with scratched mirror. While playing him normally is fine, it desperately needs some fine-tuning and changes to get him up to speed with modern killers (and their powers).

Sometimes I think that the devs don't understand that some characters only need a few tweaks to make them comfortable to play and not a complete rework of their power. I would love to see the changes you mention come true.

I think part of what made/makes Myers so scary is when you notice him stalking you and he is right tf there. Maybe there could be some sort of mechanic where you are rewarded for stalking from afar, but maybe after you get tier three available, if you go to tier one again you can fill up a "One Long Night" meter that charges faster if closer where if it is full you can pop a mori on the survivor with the most stalk time during your next tier 3 or something

Myers rework: In this rework I gave Myers tiers all a purpose. I think you’ll like it so stay tuned till the end. Stalk Mechanic: Survivors start with 100% stalk and Myers gets more stalk when he’s further away. Myers also gets a small bonus of stalk speed (25%) and 10% stalk movement speed ONLY when Myers is out of sight, behind a locker or behind a tree, or obstacles. If a survivor is looking at you when you then you gain slower stalk (-15% stalk speed). Survivors regain stalk points passively by healing, cleansing totems, or creating totems. The player would need to press a prompt in order to Tier up or tier down. -Myers stalk goes into overdrive after stalk meter is filled which starts to put survivors into the Paranoia stages. Stalk survivors until they are fully red to put them into Paranoia. -for the first 10 seconds after making a survivor paranoid, kick/break speed is increased by 10%, Weapon cooldown for successful attacks decreased by 15%. -10 second cooldown, Every time Myers tiers down to prevent tier changing spams. Tiers: Tier 1: -Myers is permanently undetectable, no speed penalty or no baby lunge. -Let’s reward grabs in Tier 1. Every-time Myers gets a grab in Tier 1, the generator they are grabbed from explodes losing 5% of progress and starts regressing. If survivors are also on the gen when Myers gets a grab, the generator blocks for 8 seconds. Myers also gains a 10% movement speed bonus while carrying the survivor after a grab. -in T1 Myers has breathing footsteps are reduced by 65% -If a generator is completed, totem is broken, or a survivor booned a totem while myers is stalking, Myers gets a 10% movement speed increase for 10 seconds. If myers is spotted while this happens then he gets 5% speed increase instead of 10%. -If Myers stalks a survivor healing another survivor and is able to tier up but doesn’t, Myers can afflict Blindness to only the fully healthy survivor that is healing the injured survivor for 15 seconds. -When Myers is out of sight of survivors, Myers gets a 5% speed increase while traversing the map. This does not work in chase, after hooking survivor, when 20 meters away from any survivor. -If a survivor hops in a locker 15 meters close to Myers, then Myers can see their aura for 3.5 seconds. If the survivor hides in a locker close to Myers and Myers grabs them out of the locker, Myers gets a 10% movement speed while carrying the survivor. -prompt to Tier up Myers can fully stalk survivors to make them paranoid without going into T2. (Why does he need to be at a disadvantage if no other killer in the game is?) Tier 2: -Whenever Myers tiers up he stays undetectable for 2.5 seconds after leaving tier 1. -Stalking a survivor that is cleansing totems, opening chest, or to only the survivor who is unhooking while 40% to T3 afflicts blindness for 30 seconds. This can only be triggered once per survivor. -Stalking a survivor from 20 meters away or more while 60% to T3, gives off a false terror radius once to per each survivor, with a cool down of 20 seconds per survivor. (Similar to Dark devotion) -Myers gets the equivalent of 2 stacks of fire-up stacks to gens, pallets, pickup speed but not vaulting. Myers 1 kicks doors, gens, and pallets (this doesn’t give him extra speed just a animation change) -Every time Myers is stunned by a pallet, he gets extra 5% breaking speed for 7 seconds after being stunned by a pallet. -Myers has a 20 meter terror radius. -Every-time Myers gets a hit and loses chase, Myers gains undetectable for 10 seconds. -prompt to Tier up Myers can fully stalk survivors to make them paranoid without going into T3. Tier 3: -Myers T3 last 50 seconds -All survivors are exposed. -If Myers successfully downs 2 survivors, Weapon cool down is decreased by 20%. Any survivor he downs after that while still in T3 is a added 5% to weapon cooldown speed. (Maximum 30%) -Myers keeps all of his T2 benefits (except stalking bonus), but with a added 3 stacks of fire up. (So 5 fire up stacks in T3). -Survivors scream if they are 20 meters near Myers when he goes into T3. -Over the course of T3 duration Myers gets 5% haste. This allows him to actually catch survivors with his power. -Myers has a 30 meter terror radius in T3. -if a survivor is on death hook while in T3, Myers can Instantly mori them if they on the ground or in a locker. -Vault speed is increased by 20% -Decreased stun duration by 2 seconds. -same T3 lunge as before. Myers will go back to tier 1 after tier 3 ends but has 75% of T2 stalk already filled. Paranoia: Myers can sense your fear. It feeds his evil within and Myers becomes more predatory then he was before. If a survivor is fully stalked (fully red) they become paranoid. Paranoid survivors have 2 stages of paranoia: Stage 1: -Survivors vision becomes Darker making it harder to spot Myers sneaking up on you. -Myers become undetectable for 60 seconds and a 5% haste for 20 seconds if 2 or more survivors are in stage 1. Adds 10 extra seconds of haste and undetectable for last 2 survivors that enters paranoia. -Stage 1 survivors will see a fake version of Myers far away from them just standing there while working on a generator, cleansing or booming totems, or healing. This will make survivors think myers is standing far away from them, stalking. -Survivors will become more paranoid over the course of 60 seconds. Better hope a teammate snaps you out of it, your lives are on the line. -Non paranoid Survivors can “Reassure” Paranoid survivors, but survivors will have to complete 6 difficult skill-checks to snap the paranoid survivor out of stage 1 paranoia. If the non paranoid survivor misses a skill check it will bring the paranoid survivor closer to stage 2 and also bring the non paranoid survivor closer to stage 1 paranoia. If the non paranoid survivor misses 4 or more skill-checks, then the already paranoid survivor automatically enters stage 2 and will get a added 15 seconds added in stage 2 before they return to normal. As for the survivor who misses those 4 skill checks they are automatically thrown into stage 1 and Myers can see their aura for 4 seconds. Successful “Reassures” will not make survivors leave scratch marks, make vault noises, or footstep noises for 5 seconds. -if all survivors are in paranoia stage 1 all survivors survivors become blind until a tier is lost or gained. If the tier is lost, survivors keep blindness for 3.5 seconds. Myers becomes completely silent. The map is dark. No breathing sounds. Myers footsteps sounds are reduced by 30%. Myers is completely undetectable until 2 or more survivors enters stage 2 or loses paranoia. He could be anywhere. -Survivors hiding in lockers during paranoia for 4 or more seconds has a 35% chance to hear Myers breathing and footsteps from somewhere close by. Stage 2: -All stage 1 effects carry over to stage 2. Survivors cannot “Reassure” once in stage 2. -paranoid survivors are oblivious. -Paranoid survivors receive a 4% gen repair speed penalty if they are on a generator alone. -Paranoid survivors will scream once if Myers hooks a non paranoid survivor. If a paranoid survivor is hooked Myers sees the auras of all other paranoid survivors for 5 seconds. -Paranoid survivors repairing generators or healing will make other survivors scream that they are repairing or healing with. Regardless if they are in paranoia or not. -Non Paranoid survivors that screams when healing or repairing with the paranoid become blind and oblivious for 20 seconds. Same for healing. -If all survivors are in paranoia 2 then all survivors receive a -8% healing and repair speed, Myers also gains undetectable as long as all survivors are in paranoia. When a survivor loses return to normal. Myers keeps undectable for 10 seconds. Myers footsteps are reduced by 75% -Paranoid Survivors who screamed cannot fast vault for 3 seconds when in chase with Myers. -Survivors will return to normal over the course of 60 seconds. -Cannot hear Myers breathing, or footsteps. -while in chase with stage 2 survivors, Myers gain 20% breaking speed, 10% vaulting speed, 0.3 seconds lunge increase. This is lost after injuring or downing the paranoid survivor but is regained after chasing a new stage 2 survivor. -Whenever you down a stage 2 survivor, you essentially get weapon cool down for successful attack (same as 3 safe the best for last stacks) for 20 seconds after beginning chase with another stage 2 survivor. -Survivors hiding in lockers during paranoia for 4 or more seconds has a 70% chance to hear Myers breathing and footsteps from somewhere close by. Quality of life changes: -Head tilt when Myers downs a survivor or is stunned by any means. -REMOVE ARGGG noise and breathe similar to ghost face. -Change walk animation he looks like a angry dad with his arms out when he walks. Walks through doors in tier 2 and tier 3 (mini brutal strength) -Add 1978 original Halloween sound track for Myers and Laurie in main Lobby Also add when Laurie catch’s micheal out the window music periodically throughout the match. -Add Halloween 2, Rob Zombie, Halloween 2018, Kills, Ends cosmetics. -Change chase music to one of Halloween sound tracks when chasing a paranoid survivor. -Slow Head tilt when Myers is stunned by a pallet.

I played Myers twice today. One time with and one time without tombstone. Both games felt bad. Without I felt incredibly weak and with it felt unfair and I felt bad after killing the survivors. It also feels boring to just look at them until I can insta-kill them.

Yeah, sometimes Myers feels very good to play, other times he just feels super frustrating to play. Tombstone is just absurdly OP

Absolutely perfect, the only thing I'd add would be a different button to mori with tombstone because hit registration can literally lose you a game. Thank for spaking up for the myers comunity!

I don't think that the ability for him to remotely toggle between Tier 1 and Tier 2 would be physically possible with this rework idea. You're already using the Secondary Ability button to manually enter the next tier and the Primary Ability button is already being used. Instead of that idea I think he should just get Undetectable while stalking(in general) and potentially speed up his Passive Stalking movement speed a bit like some of his addons do which would give him on-command undetectable(which would also make him back to being a stealth killer) while still having some slight downsides of slightly slower movement speeds and such. That would also just simply make it harder to spot him while he's stalking since he'd have no red stain. This is just my take though-

i would also only add the tier up notification on tier 3. no reason to add on other tiers as there's already the terror radious on tier 2 and tier 1 is supposed to be a stealth killer.

Aye, I love Myers as the character and the story (movies) behind him. I wanted and tried to main him, but mostly ends up in frustrating games. I really like ur ideas for rework and would love to see how it would turn out. Especially the ability to go back to stealth on command, as imo is one of the most fun part of myers. Kinda makes me sad now, that it most likely never gone become true 😢.

I think for the base kit he should be able to kill the obsession when in tier 3 and if he hooks the obsession after they most likely hide in the locker, the obsession then changes to another survivor, he can see that survivor's aura for ten seconds. He should also Break pallets 10% faster in tier 2 and 20% in tier 3, pair that with brutal strength and that'd be 40% faster when in tier 3 or just buff his base speed instead so he can actually chase survivors down early on.

This is a cool idea. I would keep everything you said but jaut give him 2 tiers like Oni. Tier 1 for stealth and Tier 2 for strength because i dont think there would be any need for a middle tier.

Here is my rework idea: -Each Survivor will have 10 seconds worth of Stalk -Stalking a Survivor for 0.5 seconds, you gain Evil Within Points -1 point if Stalking Survivors from 2.5 Meters to 20 Meters -2 points if Stalking Survivors from 20 Meters to 40 Meters -Gain 1 Extra Evil Within Point per Stalk if the Survivor is performing an action such as Repairing Generators, Healing other Survivors, Cleaning/Blessing Dull/Hex Totems, Opening Chests, Opening the Exit Gates -Survivors Gain One Second worth of Stalk for every 3 seconds of Repair Time -Survivors Gain One Second worth of Stalk for every 4 seconds of Healing (others) Time -QoL improvement: Every 3 seconds You gain 1 Evil Within Point, this will not fully fill Evil Within (maybe leave about 5 Evil Within Points left for you to Stalk for) -QoL improvement: You may Stalk more than one Survivor at a time -QoL improvement: Receive an option/prompt to move into another Tier through the Active Ability Button 1 Tier I: Undetectable Status Effect 4.4 Meters per Second or 110% Movement Speed Average Lunge Range Stalk Survivors for a total of 20 Evil Within Points (roughly around 10 seconds worth of Stalk) Tier II: 16 Meter Terror Radius 4.6 Meters per Second or 115% Movement Speed Average Lunge Range 10% Vault Speed Increase 5% Breaking Action Speed Stalk Survivors for a total of 60 Evil Within Points (roughly around 30 seconds worth of Stalk) Tier III: All Survivors are inflicted with the Exposed Status Effect 32 Meter Terror Radius 4.7 Meters per Second or 117.5% Movement Speed Basic Attack Lunge Duration increased by 0.1 seconds 20% Vault Speed Increase 10% Breaking Action Speed Increase 25% Faster Stun Recovery 50% Flashlight Resistance (takes longer for Survivors to Blind You) This does not apply when picking up and carrying a Survivor 15% Faster Flashlight Blind Recovery, This does not apply when picking up and carrying a Survivor Evil Within Tier III Duration is 60 seconds Use 25% worth of Evil Within Tier III before you gain the ability to end Tier III, this action does not reset the Evil Within Points -Ending Tier III will return you to Tier I and gain the ability to Stalk Survivors again. So you can cause Chaos then stealth back into the game -However, You will not have to Stalk Survivors to return to Tier II, you will have to Stalk Survivors to refill the Evil Within Points for Tier III -Instead, stay in Tier I for at least 10 seconds before you gain the prompt to return to Tier II -Then stay in Tier II for at least 10 seconds before you gain the prompt to return to Tier III This rework makes the task of Stalking Survivors a whole lot easier and turns Evil Within Tier III Myers into a stronger M1 Killer

As a fellow Myers and Ghostface main since both of them released, I had lot of emotions while watching this vid. It could be great changes, my friend. Especially part about afar stalking, I'm literally crying about it since 2017, cause it's make 0 sense. Nowadays I don't even want to play for serious matches as Myers and just having my fun with Jumpscare build, or speedrunning Double-iridicent stalk for lore-accurate Myers build (which isn't feels that strong on high MMR tbh) Thank you for a great video, now we just waiting for changes, that devs cooking for us. Sadly, I heard there will be only chase changes, and nothing about general quality of life things. But we will watch. From afar. And wait.

The anti camping measures seem a bit too harsh for me. Singularity gets heavily punished for checking his cameras even for just a second right after hooking a survivor. It should work at the same time the anti facecamp starts to kick in, (you stayed within 16m of a survivor after the 7s grace duration) then if myers actives tier 3, he gets slowed down for 3s. Oni gets this penalty regardless if he is camping or not, but considering that Myers is much less mobile it should only apply to camping situations. Everything else is great, makes him much more menacing and now punishes oblivious survivors instead of the other way around with the tombstones.

Ironically, scratched mirror is my favorite killer to play in the game. I just like how it completely changes the way his power works without breaking it like tombstone. I would just make it so if he gets max stalk on all survivors, he is t3 for the rest of the match.

I like your change propositions. They seem to be very healthy for the gameplay, and fitting to the character. Rework of add-ons is also a must. Most of them are jokes, while purples and iridescent are game breaking (I played few times with both Mayer's iridescent add-ons and flet like cheater). I hope You'll post (or already did so) this video on BHVR'a forum community showcase. Maybe someone from the dev team will se it and pick some (or all) of your ideas.

My idea for "limited stalking" was "for 1 point of stalk Myers gets from survivor, every other survivor recovers 0.33 stalk points"

I recently wrote out a whole rework for him. 1. As was said, no penalty for stalking at a distance, and the ability to revert to tier 1. And to make him insta-break walls and pallets 2. A huge addon pass. 3. Make his tiers more varied. Tier 1 gives tracking of the obsession, and Tier 3 has basekit instakill for anyone who has been completely stalked

I can't wait to be stalked by a Myers from the other side of the map and be insta-Mori'd because of it, sounds lovely ♥ /j But ok, all trolling aside, there are some really good ideas in your video, but I think some stuff just wouldn't work. I'd say, going from T1 to 2 and back is good. Could be annoying being on a gen in an indoor map and getting jumpscared, then T3, but that's just indoor maps. The basekit tombstone would be fun if, and only if, it worked only on the last hook stage. Because let's face it, some maps just don't allow you to actually prevent Myers from stalking you. Yes, you can break his stalk on most maps, but doing that on Coldwin is near impossible. Dude catches you in the corn and you're done for. This would also punish a survivor for his team doing badly. What I mean by that is, let's say the Myers tunnels a survivor out with his Mori, even if the guy loops really well, he's either gonna run out of ressources, or get stalked enough to get Mori'd. If the teammates didn't do any gens, welp... That's a ggs for you. You ran the killer for 5mn, destroyed half or all the pallets in the map, and the game is done because your teammates didn't do anything (or did 2 or 3 gens), and now you don't even get a chance to get rescued because the guy played for the Mori (which, let's be honest, would be like 90% of them). It's not as bad as it can be now, but it definitely ain't that good. I'd say, putting it like Pyramid Head, who can hook you twice and then Mori would be a good idea. It'll also help newer players who wouldn't see him stalking them and get Mori'd instantly.

Really cool video and ideas! Overall I think it is a pretty fun to play with it, but I have to agree that the purple tombstone is completely broken. A good way to fix would be make give 1 or 2 hook stages instead.

Remove teir 2 all together. Have "Stalk and Scare" mode and "Evil Incarnate" mode, allow him to jump back and forth with some sort of wind up besides stalk. And I agree, if all of a survivors stalk is drained then they get a warning that they can be killed. He would immediatly jump to A teir maybe S.

I love the idea of returning to EW1 with the changes you mentioned so it can be stealthy again and don't be useless. I would also add somehow a way to teleport around the map when you are in EW1. In the movies when Myers is stalking, sometimes he dissappears and suddenly appears from nowhere. I was thinking maybe entering a locker and transport like the Dredge into another locker. But only once or twice and then you have to recover your power to do it again. Players can also lock the lockers so it can take time to go outside. Kinda a reference to the first movie when Laurie is hiding inside the closet and locks it. The difference between the Dredge teleportation and this, is that you can only do it on EW1. Have to wait longer. You can only do it once or twice per activation and you have to go manually to a locker rather than do it freely as the Dredge. That way Myers can be more scarier and can travel through the map easier. Just like the movies.

As a Myers I had a match where I had a 3 gen in the end game and 3 survivors left. I run out of stalking points before I could kill any of them. End game was painful for them and for me too.

I love that you use Pokemon Battle Revolution music in the background of your videos. Very cool! I forget how awesome that game's music is. Over all a good rework idea! I would be pretty on board with it, though I am not still not entirely sure about Michael being able to Mori survivors if they get stalked a lot with their tombstone basekit idea. Like I can see what you mean when you say tunneling is potentially there, but I could easily see a Michael who only chooses to tunnel a survivor with no shame, and stalk them from afar without the survivor even knowing. It would be like a tunneling-sniper michael build, and for the poor survivor who gets chosen, that would be a pretty unfun match if Michael stalks only them to go for the tombstone kill. The audio cues could help give a signal to the survivor sure, but by then it might be too late since it is "close". I guess it all depends on how long it takes to build stalk with that 1 survivor to tombstone mori them, so I think having an exact number of stalk points in mind could be easier to work with. they should change his aura addons to when he clicks stalk he can see survivor auras for like 2 or 3 seconds in a certain range in any teir but teir 3, since you can't stalk in teir 3. change it to teir 2 being able to see auras as well and make it so those addons work in a range and through walls like his one scratch mirror myers but its not permanent you only get like 2 or 3 seconds at max so the duration on the addons get nerfed some but you can combine them together.

Here is my idea Michal mores has to stalk a specific person for 10 seconds to Insta down that specific person 1 time other wise he can just do a basic attack. If he wants more Insta downs he can stalk them again When stalking he can’t move to make it more lot acurate. He has as much stalk as he wants. When ur not injured Michal is undetectable. I'll never forget the game I had as myers against a survivor with old object of obsession. As soon as I saw him I decided I wasn't gonna leave tier 1 until he was dead. He dced on second down, best tier 1 value I've ever gotten 🤣

He was my first main and the reason I started playing DBD. To this day, Scratched Mirror Myers on an indoor map is my favorite way to play the game. Playing him feels so slow, and I get stomped sometimes, but I absolutely live for the moments where I know I made someone jump in their seat because I came out of nowhere. His power needs a rework, but narratively, his power works amazingly. I just wish it fit the game better. To play him against better survivors, you have to practically rely on Tier 3 snowballing to win. His lack of map presence feels like both his biggest weakness and his biggest strength, because you can’t move around quickly, but the survivors can be paranoid about where you are.

I think the stalking limit should disperse between survivors when you stalk them. For example, if you stalk 3 points of stalk from a survivor while there are 4 survivors remaining, the other 3 survivors will gain 1 stalk point each. If a survivor leaves the trial from escaping or dying, whatever stalk points they had would get distributed to the remaining survivors. That way you couldn’t stalk one survivor the entire match, but you would never lose your power from using it too much. You would also get rewarded from situations where you manage to stalk all survivors at once by giving you an infinite amount of time to stalk, as well as giving you infinite stalk if there’s only one survivor remaining, which is obviously really thematic. There should probably be a hard cap on how many stalk points one survivor could have though, because otherwise one survivor hiding in the corner the whole match could effectively remove your power

I had an extremely similar idea for a rework which buffed tiers 1 and 3 similar to how you did it and made tombstone partially base kit. A key difference I had is that you can’t “tier down” on command. Instead, I made it so that after Tier 3 is over, Myers goes down to Tier 1. It’s more lore accurate that way imo. I also did an add on pass, and I have to say I’m proud of it. Lmk if you want me to share it with you!

I think your changes are really good but should be added as add-ons to not get too Op. Maybe a yellow add-on to switch between tier 1 and 2, so you can pair it up with the shattered mirror add-on (the one that shows you trough walls, dont remember the name). If you add a tombstone Then you can mori in lockers. The walk through breakable wall - should be a base kit at tier 3. etc.

Within the last month the Shape was #6 when it came to highest kill rates. I found this interesting so I did some further math. When it comes to killers who had the highest amounts of 3 or 4ks (rather than an overall average) he came in at #7. I did another bit of math to see which killers have the highest win vs loss rates where a 0-1k is a loss, a 2k is a draw, and a 3-4k is a win. He came in at #4. For balancing purposes (since this previous placement didn’t take draws into consideration) I did a differential between the loss and win rates to determine whether a killer is in a bad place or are bordering/are OP (ideally, a 0 would mean they are perfectly balanced but that is not mathematically accurate so anywhere from a -10 to a +10 could be considered balanced considering all the factors.) Myers was one of ONLY FIVE killers to have such a high differential that they could be considered to be too OP. So… I have no idea how anyone can say that Michael Myers sucks or is in a bad place or needs any kind of buff. His power is incredibly straightforward and easy to use, can be highly rewarding with little risk or need of skill, and has add-ons that are on ridiculous levels. This is why he performs so well, and if anything he is in need of having some of his best add-ons nerfed in order to properly balance him. Of course, if you are thinking that needing a kill rate of 60% or higher is necessary for a fair killer (in which case you’re insane) then he would be in need of a buff but so would almost every other killer in the game because Myers is performing better than Nurse, Spirit, Wesker, and (in some ways) Blight and Cenobite - all killers generally considered to be overly powerful.

i think buffing stalking from afar wouldnt be a good idea since that could cause a lot of survivors to get angry when they had no idea where he was. i think he gets rewarded for stalking closer just because gameplay wise it is more difficult since the survivors have a larger chance of spotting you and doing something about it

I have my own idea of myers rework that I think would work well. Overall ability: I like your idea of how his stalk should work so I’ll just take that. After a survivor is fully stalk you can reset it by downing them so that myers has his ability for the entire game. Tier one: he’s just a normal M1 killer nothing special. Tier two: he now moves at 4.8m has a little bit of a longer lunge and can now see survivors in his terror radius when stalking. Tier three: tier three last for a minute and thirty seconds and of course you can instantly down someone and you now move at 6m because myers will stop at nothing to kill his target and now all survivors gain the oblivious status effect as they paranoid and can’t think right. Tuff of hair add-on: this add-on works pretty much the same as usual except for one change and that’s you have infinite tier three bloodlust once you reach tier three as thorn (the demon who controls myers and I’m pretty sure that’s his name) is thirsty for blood. Judith’s tome stone: the idea with the lockers is a good idea so I’ll just take it and it would start with myers lifting the survivor until they’re head hits the top of the locker and then he’ll in pale them and then the entity will form a new knife for him and it would keep the skin you have equipped and now when a survivor is on a gen a new mori will happen were he grabs the survivor’s head and smash it against the generator three times each hit doing 5% damage to the generator doing 15% in total. Both iridescent add-ons combined: if a survivor stuns you you’ll have 25% of your tier three taking away. And if you are blinded it would be 50%. And that’s pretty much it, everything else I think is good enough so yeah that’s my idea for a rework on Michael.

I main Myers, and although it’s definitely not impossible to win games, he can feel really bad to play sometimes when the survivors gen rush you or just have a lot of chase perks. He also can feel really good when you have tier 3. I never use iri add ons and I take boyfriends momento and a green stalk add on and still win games. I definitely agree that his early game needs an adjustment, because playing tier 1 without momento feels horrible

I like what you did with tier 1 and 3 and your stalk changes were fine for the most part except how they would change for running out of evil but another problem is tier 2 it doesn't do much for him either and and you didn't mention it at all so this was my idea for tier 2 Michael while in chase he passively gains evil and he get blood lust faster further more if he is stalking someone to ir hits the he gives the a paranoia status effect that gives off fake noise that would typically alert survivors of a killer or other things such as fake gen noise fake spotted noises and etc

as an OG Myers main this is how I rework him stalk mechanic: survivors start with 100% stalk and Myers can stalk at a base speed regardless of distance... the more the survivor is stalked the slower Myers gain evil within... when survivor is stalked 50% the speed which Myers gain evil is reduced to 50%... the stalk meter refills by time after tier 3 ends to tier up you should be able to press the power trigger button...and even when the stalk bar fills up Myers can still stalk but wont drain survivors( to use certain addons ) the player can hold the power button and end the tier 3 by their own will tiers: in tier 1 no speed penalty normal m1 killer no Terror Radius normal lunge and all tier 2 10% vault and pallet break speed and 10% haste tier 3 25% vault and pallet break speed with enduring (this makes Myers the unstoppable evil in movies) to be loyal to the movies Myers will go back to tier 1 after tier 3 ends... the very way that Myers goes on a rampage then disappears into shadows... this will make for a variety of different play styles and new strategies and u can get out of tier 1 with power button addons the jewelry addons which makes your stalking movement speed faster now gives haste effect along side the original movement speed while stalking: for each second that the shape stalks the survivors he will gain 5 seconds increase of 5 to 8 percent movement speed(stack the two addons to max of 13%) (example) stalking survivors for every second Myers get a 13% haste for 5 second after the stalking ends (10 second for 2 second) Myers can stalk even if the bar is full( making use of mirror shards aura reading addons in tier 2 and 1) and the purple mirror addons will be buffed by removing the tier up limitation and the aura of survivors can be seen 2 sec after the stalk ends (even better with lethal pursuer!) the red tombstone addon is at a good place not gonna lie but instead of making Myers 9% slower it makes survivors 9% faster and all of them would hear a way more disturbing music when Myers goes into tier 3... Myers can mori survivors no matter what in the locker or out or on the ground and the notorious tombstone piece.... survivors that are fully stalked will be moriable in anyway (on the ground too) but that survivor hears a more horrific chase music ,terror radius and audio que that they are going to DIE! Myers and the moriable survivor both get 9% haste when the chase begins this makes it that the survivor can get to other tiles sooner and escape tier 3 and myers can use the 9% haste to switch targets while he is in the chase make it that tier 3 duration addons would not have stalk penalty and only the green, the purple and the iridescent addons would have it in a reduced amount(green 25% purple 60%) (and please change the stun animation to a more brute like and more stoic Myers and remove the uhhhh sound effect... current version is just derpy...and lets make it that he walks thru breakable walls in tier 3)

Imo a simple fix would be to fix his early game they should make the evil within I meter slowly fill up even if you aren't stalking anybody kind of like how Oni's rage meter slowly fills even if you aren't absorbing blood if the meter slowly fills on top of you stalking survivors you should be able to theoretically get to evil within II a lot faster

After watching your video, I think every killer's addon's should make you feel like you're playing a totally rework version of said killer. For example mintskull's rework idea here would be just another addon for myers instead of a rework, the addon would be the rework. Or have custom matches where killers can rework killers powers totally but still hold true to that killers unique power, then host a game with their rewoked power.

Hey I don't get the chart at 4:40. It doesn't say anything about distance. It just shows how long it takes to tier up if you're stalking at , lets say 50% efficiency. It doesn't say how far from the survivor you need to be to only be 50% efficient.
