If BHVR continues to do anime crossovers, Overlord is one that I think has great potential for killers, while its not as popular as AoT, Ainz fits amazingly with Oni, Shaltear could go to either Hag or Spirit, Pandora could fit well with Legion or even Ghostface, and since BHVR wouldnt be using the mask of ghostface for it (pretty sure its the only part that requires the license) it would work great
This video may be a month old, but I think your entire statement still stands today. As a somewhat new player, I would say I at least have a week's worth of time on this game, these are the exact problems I've been having. My God to the goddamn teeth. I will say so far I still enjoy playing as a survivor more than a killer. But playing as the killer I get bored so quickly that honestly I would rather play anything else. I tried to record some gameplay just for my second no commentary Channel that I do for video game preservation, and it was very hard not to freaking fall asleep I was so goddamn bored. And I don't give a damn about blood points so I have no problem backing out of a match in the middle of it. And a quick reminder to anybody who wants to whine about this if they read my comments, I played for myself and nobody else. My friends don't really play this game. I don't have anybody to play with. And I don't care to make friends with randoms. I've tried that whole stick with siege, overwatch, some of the call of duty's, it's just not having it and I'm not trying anymore. And frankly I would imagine this goes for most players in general. Where do you play as killer, survivor, or both. In fact I would say that if you're even get into a match with me as a killer and you got so bored that you decided to back out which cancel the game play for me, well I can't blame you. You're allowed to do whatever the hell you want with your time. I can't get mad at you for being bored and wanted to spend your time somewhere else. Especially when I do the same thing that would make me a fucking hypocrite. And ask for some of these perks and mechanics, you're right about people not knowing some of these being in the game because I didn't know none of this shit until I saw this. 100 agree with that point and I hate that I have to even look at guides and learn outside of the game to even understand the game. I'm all for learning the hard way, but if it becomes too complicated that I'm better off just going off of the games to learn about the game, I pretty much consider that not worth my time. You personally have never experienced initialize that before, but I actually have. So when you started describing that issue I started getting deja Vu to when I first tried 7 days to die. You literally have to do research on that entire game before you even try it. You're just going to be beyond confused as to what the hell you're doing and why nothing seems to be functioning. I remember one time I looked up how to just make a damn furnace in the game. All I was trying to do was make a furnace. I ended up watching a 25 minute video and registered nothing. Absolutely freaking nothing. Or at least I thought it was the full 25 minutes until I looked at the time I didn't realize I was only 5 minutes into the fucking video! ALL OF THAT FOR A FURNACE?! FUCK SAKE MAN!! There was so much information coming at me within the first 5 minutes of the video that I felt like I got verbally flashbanged. And he didn't even make the furnace yet, he was just going over the resources needed to, the recipe, and where to find the resources. She didn't even get to actually put in the furnace together or specific recipes that you can crash into the furnace immediately or what better fuels were to use yet. That game became an instant hell no for me right then and there. I'm fascinated by that game because there's really no other game out there like the other than I guess minecraft, but how many times have people compared to 7 days to die in minecraft. But at the same time, what other game can I truly compare it to out there that's similar to it? And now that I think about it, I can actually say the exact same thing about dead by daylight. It's such a fascinating game because there's not too many games out there like it. There are a few, but for anything exactly like that by daylight, not exactly. I need the next Friday the 13th was I heard loss support. Leaving this game to be the king of his genre. So far the undisputed champion. I'm sorry to say it's this game it may be a hell no for me now. I mean, if I still enjoy playing at survivor I might still enjoy playing that survivor here and there, but so far from my experience this definitely feels like the type of game you shouldn't really take too long of a break from. And although I do have my phone moments from this game here and there, they're fleeting. And I outright refused to turn playing a video game into a chore. To the rest of y'all, enjoy. There are thousands of games out there that I'm missing out on, I don't have all the time in the world just to master this one.
I think Myers and maybe both PHeads are stronger than Vecna. Myers is a literal personification of evil, and both PHeads are there against the Entity's will as well. So from there, the debate comes down to each of their respective canon powers, where I think Vecna wins against all but Myers, which is an eternal stalemate

Still REALLY REALLY wish they picked ANYONE ELSE!!! Vecna is cool and all, but Stranger Things brings in DND elements already, and Vecna is also a Stranger Things villain, making this basically just a Second Stranger Things killer even though they plan on adding Stranger Things Vecna. I’d legit rather a random Bhaal spawn compared to Vecna. And Strahd would’ve been WAY COOLER.
Its definitely gotten alot better since they reworked the bloodweb. They reduced the grind by probably 2 or 3 times. I absolutely agree with your point on licensed killers and survivors. Most of them arent 'overpowered' by any means, but some of the perks absolutely are op.
I think one of the biggest points you mention really is that it's just very exhausting to play as The Singularity. I think he's fun to play, bur also very demanding and I cannot for the life of me play more than maybe 2 games of it in a row. Not to mention that some days I just wanna chill and don't even consider to play it because of that.
Honestly picking dnd or Castlevania for a vampire is kind of a mistake i would have prefered an original vampire chapter that would allow licensed skins like castlevania , dnd and resident evil with dimitrescu daugthers.
Figured Dracula had to be why they didn't go with Strahd he fits DbD so much more than Vecna Strahd's home setting is actually a lot like DbD (sounded by mist and unable to escape alive or dead) Maybe Dracula can get a Strahd legendary skin (with Matt Mercer's voice) and make Castle Ravenloft a map in whatever realm Dracula's Castle will be in. And maybe if they did do a second DnD chapter our update they could have a Cleric or Paladin Survivor, again suits DbD a bit more but Bard is a bit more iconic to DnD.
Tommy Jarvis should be the survivor for f13 chapter , :SPOILERS AHEAD: he's the only character in the series that has truely defeated Jason one on one, he even defeated Roy (who was pretending to be Jason as a coverup)
If they add Jason, PLEASE give him a map, Crystal Lake would be awesome, maybe Packanack Lodge or the Jarvis house, etc, theres so many options, I hope they give him a map
Gotta love how the survivors just walk into Vecna's lair expecting not to get killed, then find some evil incantation and decide to sing it. It really is like your average DnD campaign.
Okay the elf survivor might be my new favorite one, purely for the fact that she's a 300 year old elf woman, tho tbh I was expecting Vecna to be a solo killer with a bunch of class cosmetics for currents survivors, I was mainly expecting them to just give a cheap warrior, mage, rogue, and ranger outfit for Dwight and only Dwight
