2 guys that have reached high levels of success in their profession, catching up, appreciating what the other does. A relationship that will last a lifetime
So, I was at this concert. It is unreal to me to be saying this but I somehow managed to get photos with both of these legends before the concert, maybe a few minutes before this interview took place. (Nardwuar was outside Rogers Arena about to head inside, Snoop had a meet and greet inside for a few dozen fans) I've watched Nardwuar's interviews with Snoop Dogg for years. This interview feels extra special to me now. The legit happiness they show after all these years is awesome.
Nardy u have no idea how much you have inspired me to be my authentic self even when ppl put me down. I saw how some of those bands you interviewed early in your career treated u, and ive had similar experiences, but you kept doing your thing. The rap community respects and loves your work
Bro he's legit a troll, like the point is he comes off as insufferable and then wows them with the questions and reference points. This isn't his authentic self. And the bands in the 90s didn't take kindly to him because he hadn't become notorious yet for his interviews, nobody knew who he was, and he was trolling to begin with to make himself seem like the most annoying music fan in the world.
@@lukeshioshioimagine being so sad and unfulfilled in your life that you can’t recognize when someone is just comfortable with themselves… you’re wild. Passion is dying.
Love how the hip-hop community always shows Nard the respect he deserves. Even if he may be a lil "off-brand" for them sometimes, lmao. He's weird but that's the best part about him.
@arjaydm it wasn't always like that, especially early on with ppl like ice cube and Nas but the younger generation love nardwuar and then u have ppl like snoop who truly embrace everything about him
@@EZ95 you’re just sensitive or too blinded by your adoration for an irrelevant “interviewer” he was being totally insufferable and wouldn’t get a clue, it would be no loss to anyone if he’s gone. Anyway i love nas, he’s an introvert and minds his own business.
I went to this tour a couple days ago and it was so fun. Berner, Too Short, Warren G, Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg. They all did really good and snoop Dogg had the best set of the night. He’s still killin it. So fun.
Snoop getting excited talking about Nardwuar and his fans when he sees the toys, seeing his face light up is awesome. Hes still a kid at heart and love what he does. Two legends just kickin it
Narduwar is on an absolute tear as of late. Let’s give him flowers while we still can ❤ (Edit: NO, he is NOT dying. That doesn’t mean we should not be celebrating him. We don’t want to wait until it’s “too late” to start appreciating what we have)
Snoop seems like one of those rare people that is truly grateful for the things his fame has provided him. I could be entirely wrong. The way he was appreciating the gifts Nard was giving him or the ephemera he was showing him says a lot about him.
These two are such a great combination. I love how kind he is to Nardwuar. Just because you're a gangsta doesn't mean you can't be kind, he's a real one for that.
In the time that I've been waiting for another Nard vs Snoop interview, I've probably rewatched all the others like 10 times. There's something special about these interviews in particular. We're seeing the best of snoop, every time! ❤
It’s amazing how snoop is completely blazed out of his mind , can still put together a decent interview. Snoop is the weed god. The mini smoke fest tape is gangsta.
When you smoked a lot it stops affecting you as much you still get high but not nearly like you would imagine bro is really just keeping his buzz going
@VerdugoMoment I don't think so but Nard is such a music nerd that calling him by the name he debuted with in the 90s totally seems like something he'd do
Just saw this tour in Washington state the night before last. I don’t know what I was expecting, but Too Short’s set was one of the night’s highlights for me for sure. He’s a dope performer. Not to mention funny as hell.
LET'S GO, old snoop dogg! as a fan of hip-hop, hardcore punk, and metal, i've been watching this cat for years. well more like a decade. Nard never disappoints. DOOT DOO!
I hope you see this nard. I love all the interviews you do. They are time capsules that one can go watch and relieve memories. You have brought so much love and passion into the the music scene. You've been there and met most musicians, words cannot express how grateful everyone is too have you and your documentary skills and you as a person. Please keep it up and thank you for all you do and remember. Keep on rocking in the free world doot doo.❤
Snoop straight punkin nardwuar for collectibles and only offers dimes on his man bag of government checks while at same time giving him "clout".Honestly this Nardwuar character needs to take his approach at interviewing snot nosed prudy rich asshole type motherfuckers in a more professional approach.
Man it makes me so happy to see someone just doing what they want, how they want, and getting the attention/recognition you've achieved. Great fuckin' interviews every time.
I remember the first time watching Nardwuar doing his thing with my boy Rahzel back in the days and he’s still going strong till today supporting the hip-hop community. The hip-hop community should honour him in some ways. Love you Nard, stay healthy and god bless you. As a host/emcee you’re an inspiration to me.
I have watched all Nardwuar and Snoop interview… and that’s always great to see that they keep good relation… and Snoop to be always giving time for his interview
I can’t explain how much I’ve been appreciating you here lately. You’re legends to the OGs and the new people. The best part is you don’t leave anyone out. Thank you for making sure we get cool knowledge from our favorite artists!! ❤❤
