Replacement screen on ebay, just make sure you have the year model correct. Most the Mazda screens are the same for all their vehicles too but there is a year change somewhere so make sure you got the year correct.

I see a lot of reports that the adhesive for the screen deteriorated in 2 weeks and the screen fell off. How is your holding up after a few week? Any problems with glare from the replacement?
