Wow! Very Enlightening. I now see why my left hip flexor is crying out and cramping suddenly all the time ! It’s doing so much more work than necessary and instead of allowing the push forward from the right side (extensors?) it seems to jump the gun and reach forward as though wanting to be responsible for more than its fair share of the work.

I went to a concert Sunday and I realized how difficult it is for me to stand that long. I still have pain in the back. I did some routines from you beforehand, can’t imagine how it would have been if I hadn’t. Thanks for this video. I hope eventually I’ll be able to function normally 🍀 🤞🏽

Surprisingly even the slow gentle floor walking caused mild discomfort in my unstable Right Hand Side Anteriorly inferiorly rotated SIJ. I can see that practising this will definitely bring about re-education in my CNS thank you!

Just want to say THANK YOU! After YEARS of trying I have watched some of your videos and the free masterclass. For the first time I'm ACTUALLY starting to notice/become aware of my unconscious clenching patterns ❤I'm in the hospital with multiple severe chronic illnesses however my hope is to eventually regain enough cognitive and physical functioning etc to be able to enroll in one of your programs. I struggle alot with technology and my phone so I'm immensely grateful for the easy access on RU-vid 🙏

Thanks for this exercise Taro. I will add this to my regular morning routine. I’ve had SI pain for 4 months and am unable to sit on any slightly soft chair. It has improved somewhat but still is limiting. Would it be ok to do these movements on my bed (firm mattress) as that is where I do my other hip and shoulder movements. Tks Sue

I have severe SIJ pain on one side every time I ride a horse. Am I correct that I can graduate this exercise to do it while straddling a barrel? To simulate riding a horse.
