How's the performance? Any sillage? How long can you smell it with 5 sprays before you have to place your nose a half inch from your arm to get a whiff? I was tempted to order it for the price of $38 but I went against my usual policy (if an authorized seller like Macy's with the best customer service offers a bargain - GRAB IT!).
@@athelstan5794 I think I like it more than the OG, not really sure yet, only one wearing but, the opening is sweeter, creamier, less spicy. I don't really get the bergamot. To me it's at least 90% OG. The original being the original I'm not positive I could choose it over the original but my 1st thought was that it's a perfected version of the original. I'm just glad I have both..
@@shave-a-thon3415 I only wore it yesterday and that was about 10 sprays minimum. I'll be honest, it seemed to die down pretty quickly but, I may have gone nose blind. The last time I wore Eau Electrique I got two emphatic compliments when I could smell nothing. Will have to monitor and report back. I'm in love with the L'homme line, I've got 8 in the line, even with spotty performance I wouldn't care but, I hope it's a good 5-7 hour with 2 good projection hours..
That's a cool bit of editing! Tommy-on-da-mind. 🤣 From the ratings, it seems to be one of the most well recieved blue iterations in the last couple years! The LNDL revival for a new decade.
I received this one in the mail today. It’s definitely my favorite YSL La Nuit de L’Homme flanker of the 4 I own. I think this is what Eau Electrique should have been (even though I don’t dislike that one). It’s great for spring/ summer without compromising on the OG DNA. It has better projection and performance as well. It lasted 6-7 hours on my skin. With strong projection the first 2 hours. I love it! Maybe even more than the original because of its wearability.
Tried it recently, liked it enough to get a sample, it is nice but I dunno, didn't blow me away tbh. Definitely reminds me of the original LNDL especially early on in the scent's duration, worth a try for sure but I still prefer L'Homme Ultime and Frozen Cologne.
It has a blue I believe lavender back bone . Very subtle , other than that it is strong as the OG 2009 la nuit del homme . However that one has a spicy back bone . And yes I have the 2009 ,2018, and now this new blue one . At the ends it’s not a exact of the original however it’s very very close with a slight twist you will easily tell the slight difference. However won’t mind it .
How is this compared to Dylan blue? I was thinking Dylan blue as a everyday and bleu eletrique as a more sexier fragrance that isn’t too overpowering maybe a office or school usable scent?
Tommy, New to your Chanel, gotta say I like your style! I've seen most all the Frag reviewers out there and your breakdowns are very good!. I really like how you manipulate your screen edit to blend your thoughts, Nobody else does that and its a really nice touch to the video experience, You should do it more IMO. Again, Very Nice, Your Smart, Easy to listen to, & You do the homework on the Juice. Keep up the good work Bro, Frag Heads like me appreciate You!...
Your description is dead on its a clean sexy bleu that stands out from the others. It's not an amberoxan bomb but it has a sweetness to it. The sillage gives a really nice experience to the nose that is much better than the wrist to nose
@@andrik5754 yea a few days ago when I posted this it wasn’t on Macy’s, people over on eBay lied to me and tried telling me it was discontinued. As soon as it popped up I purchased it retail. I also sent a message to YSL Beauty on Instagram and they said sorry for the delay on these product they will be hitting retailers soon. So yea so much trouble just for fragrance, I still have to wait for my shipment and try it out for myself.
I own this one and the Le Parfum, I like them both equally. For whatever reason, I feel like Le Parfum is just a hint fresher, but definitely still for dates or some type of outing. But I will definitely enjoy Bleu Electrique. Update: I took the time to spray them both on, one on one arm, the other on the other arm. Le Parfum is definitely has the anise and black pepper spiciness that Bleu Electrique is lacking. Which makes it the fresher fragrance. So, disregard my original thoughts. Apparently I was misremembering Le Parfum.
