I was so geeked about these subs that I did the math wrong on the dual sub price, and then completely spaced some basic specs: 12" Driver, 550 Watt RMS, 1500+ Watts Peak. The rest you can find on the product page listed above for each subwoofer.
It's funny how much the PB-2000 Pro and PB-3000 look alike, and the same with the PB-16 Ultra and PB-4000. The poor PB-1000 is the odd man out, but it still rocks!
Unless you plan to buy a second PB-2000 Pro within a few months, dual PB-1000's would still be a better choice than a *single* PB-2000 Pro, or better yet dual NSD's if there are still some left.
You can always trade up within a year if you go factory direct with my links above, and the 1 year trade up period starts over with every trade up. PB-1000 to PB-2000 PRO to PB-3000 to PB-16 Ultra!
This might be THE MOST consequential subwoofer in SVS history so far.
The PB-2000 was already outstanding for the price, but with the new amp, new driver, 2 ports, and the App, true premium bass is the most accessible it's ever been. I would not consider the original PB-2000 to be a premium subwoofer, but I expect the PB-2000 Pro to absolutely qualify.
There's a chance that SVS might have completely dropped the ball and missed the mark on this one, but I definitely wouldn't bet on that!
This one is too important. I have high expectations, and specific plans if these perform the way I think they will.

A WORD OF ADVICE:
If you currently have these subs, or any other SVS subwoofers, try running MORE GAIN than usual.
One of the great things about ported deep bass subwoofers is that you can run MORE bass before it sounds overdone. This is why a subwoofer with a lower "Max SPL" can actually deliver more bass overall *IN PRACTICE*.
If you let room correction set the levels, it will not be enough bass for you, I can almost guarantee it.
