That's to cool!! It's unbelievable how you can take something from your imagination & turn it into basically a piece of art in such a short period of time. The craftsmanship is outstanding! I love the fact that they're still using a human to do the final welding. To me that's art in how the welds look when done correctly! I really liked how they were making 2 completely different parts for 2 different types of vehicles from 1 blank. Thanks for the tour!

Awesome place I live in Kentucky so I heard about them and know a few different wheels they carry but had no idea people are running machines that was awesome to see . Great content Dave.

Great video and love how they're not using a robot for that welding. That's taking a lot of welders and boilermaker jobs thankfully there's things humans can do that a robot can't.

I think they did a great job and a very fast job too wow I like how very clean the place is too they respect the place they work for you can just tell by the way it looks very clean. Dave, I bet we all can't wait to see what you bring to the table It's going to be great and from what I can see from where you have gotten your parts from it's going to be fast GL with it can't wait until you bring it out and the show starts.................................

Love " RC COMPONENTS " ! In 2008 I bought a set of " Alien's " and a set of " Calypso's for two bikes of my own ( broke my neck and back in 99' and was still healing up... so I had a chance to build my own stuff, instead customers... lol, hell of a way to get to do that... lol ). Love the updates while we are putting the FC engines on the rack and putting new AJ's in, love checking your channel out brother!!! Fellow Okie... lol ! Seth

You know how RC Components got started? I've known Rick Ball from the very start of his company, he started in motorcycle drag racing , he had a ProComp motorcycle which is now called ProModified , he had a ProMod Kawasaki, it was a damn nice bike , nitrous ProMod Kawasaki and very fast during the time , he went 7.60s in 1990 and that was very fast for the time , it was all built around performance motorcycle racing then street bikes then cars and trucks , very nice guy and he was very young when he started , I made parts for him on my CNC lathes and machining centers to help him keep up with the orders , he completed with Kosman wheels and CCR wheels , then PMFR came in a little later , awesome guy and this brought back memories for me and friendship with Mr Rick Ball

It must be cool to see the workmanship of something that keeps you alive on a good pass or if things go to hell and you need that wheel to stay together while you're hopefully sliding down a wall and not deadheading it. To me, THAT is what I'd see as the most important.

I was drag racing Motorcycles back in the 70's with Russ Collins (RC) when he brought out the twin Honda 750 engine fueler and became the first guy to do 200mph on a bike in the quarter at the late great OCIR. He wrecked that bike and he had it crushed into cube and put it under glass as a table in his living room.... The brains behind all his bikes were a couple of guys you might have heard of -- Vance and Hines... Russ has been retired for some time now, living in San Diego last I heard.

I hope someday they get a massive smelting plant added to their business so they can smelt their own chips into blocks, and then into whatever they want. I wonder if it would be more efficient to do that, because they have shipping fees so I think they would do better, or do well if they smelt it their own chips back into blocks. I know you got to add this and measure that I get it

The RC components I want to say thank you for letting them film, and teach us the steps it takes to make rims etc. Very cool video I always love these when you guys tour this place, or fuel tank, or text to speed, I love seeing the factories and where the work's done and how it's done in the machines that do it. I think it's cool that you just show up and they give you a tour and then make your wheels while you wait so you can take them with you and they feed you lunch on top of it you can't get no better than that and anyone that thinks about getting on social media and bashing RC COMP is just jealous that they don't have it like that and Dave and Jeff isn't the only two that I've seen RC COMP treat like that @Demonology got to do the same thing but also like Dave he had already ordered his wheels and he just went there to pick them up and get the tour and they put the name of his car on the beadlock ring for him but again they said they do that for anybody that wants it done
