None of the crimes taking place in the subway involve anything taken out of a bag.

The problem is in the subway in New York is that law-enforcement does absolutely nothing. You can have a passenger stab another passenger and they will just let the person go. And the next day the person will be back to stab somebody else and they just let them go. This just goes on and on and on in New York. The law enforcement doesn’t seem to do anything.
