Shane, my man! Always great to hear from you. Not gonna lie, I'm always sort of waiting for a comment from you, they always brighten my day and make me smile! I appreciate the kind words! I'm with you, super pumped for Austin to have his car and right away start using it as intended. He gets some flak for his presentation, but I have nothing but respect for the work/effort it took him to get where he is. I'm happy to be on the sidelines watching him, and hope to meet him someday! Two super upbeat dudes, maybe we can drag you in, can't even imagine how awesome a driving video with the 3 of us would be! :) You've got the right mindset/approach man, not sweating it, and just letting what happens happen. Since we don't have any voice in the process, stressing isn't going to fix or change anything. So might as well unplug a bit, and not worry. That's great about the Stingray though, definitely keep me posted, and I want to see pics once you have it, as well as I'd love to hear your full review! Congrats on the mini vacay, have fun! Agreed! I did the math about a year ago (almost exactly), and likely that could use a refresh for how many MM and Ciocca would get. Then that might give a bit of a direction to how long wait times may be. I think I'll sit on that a little bit longer so we get a few months of production and allocation under our belts to raise the accuracy a bit. As always, great to hear from you Sully! Thanks John, I appreciate that. I viewed it more as a clarification than an apology (I stand by what I said). But since some subscribers' comments made it sound like I might have insulted GM (which wasn't at all the case), I wanted to be really clear on what I said. What I was hoping to show is that I'm a fan of GM, and the car, but also that it was worth speaking up on it. Agreed, the world we're in now this kind of thing seems more frequent than we'd like, but unfortunately by being at the end of the pipeline we don't have any say or influence on the process. My hope was that saying something might raise visibility, but truth be told I'm sure GM is already painfully aware and nodding their heads. At the end of the day, I think I was just glad to get it off my chest and share how I feel. It was also nice to see the outpouring of folks feeling the same way.
