Nicks (Juror #9) first time on jury duty, and he got this case WOW! What an incredible, good, well-spoken, kind guy. The anxiety, the pressure, the horrific visual, and verbal evidence would have been extreme for anyone, and there is so much evidence in this case. What an incredible job done by Lindsay Blake, Judge Boyce and court staff too👏. It's reassuring to know that there are many more good people in the world than bad. Job well done! Thank you for providing justice to Tammy, Tylee & JJ. Bless you & all your fellow jurors🙏

I'd be interested to know what the jury thought of Emma's husband's testimony. To me he came across as controlling and aggressive - a perfect replacement for Emma's father in her daily life. Brainwashing and control continue unabated for her. I doubt she will ever be able to think for herself.

It goes without saying that the prosecution did a great job in both trials. My praise relative to the interview is for the jurors who made sense of the vast amount of information they were given. Great job all round - in a weird way also for John Prior who had to try to defend the indefensible. How he stayed the course with no help and without having a health collapse is admirable. He’s not the villain in this tragedy, Chad is.

What a tremendous responsibility these jurors had. At the end when they had to decide life or death, and he described that after they voted they had a long strong moment of silence. I got chills hearing that. It occurred to me that that is a huge decision. I’m so impressed with them. Thank you jurors. Thank you Nate. I’ve been following Nate’s coverage since the beginning years ago (feels like 10) and you’ve done a great job. Thank you. I feel like I know Kay and her husband, and Colby, and I feel like they are family. This horrible tragedy that didn’t need to happen has brought a few people that I know who have prayed from the beginning to find those kids, and when we found out the worst, we prayed for their families like they were our families.

True! There was another juror who when asked how they got on, said how most times in a group there's one who is very opinionated & an "outlier" (I've never understood why being opinionated is a negative thing) but then went on to show she was that very person by talking over the others, especially the guys. I hope there are more of these individual interviews, I'd like to hear more from the men.

That Chad IS guilty of causing SO MUCH DESTRUCTION! It’s hard! So hard! Anyways, I am just so grateful to him and the rest of the jury! I can’t imagine how hard this was on all of them who sacrificed so much! We are just so, so, SO GRATEFUL to each and every single one of them! My heart is full! What a nice, articulate, and STABLE, young man. The ducks showing up was actually soothing for me. Knowing Tammy loved them. I love ducks too. They didn’t bother the sound.

Thank you, great interview. Great jury. ❤ I’ve served on jury 3 times. 2 mini trials. Grand jury every Thursday 8 hours for 8 weeks, honestly not a fan of GJ system. It’s complicated and lacks due process in my mind… being a true crime aficionado.

Thank you, Nick, I don’t think anyone could’ve asked for a better jury or judge! If it had been me on the defense I would want a judge and jury like you all! You all did so well despite how hard this must’ve been for you all. Thank you for your service, Nick, and to the other jurors if you happen to read this, thank you! And to Nate Eaton, thank you for your integrity and honesty during this case, you have been a bright light in this dark world. Thank you for justice for, Tammy, JJ, and, Tylee 🙏🏼

God bless these jurors. The burden they’ll carry for the remainder of their lives, all because of the evil selfishness of two sick, demented individuals, is more than 12 people should have to bear. Just stop and think of ALL the lives impacted as a result. Obviously Tammy, Tylee, JJ, & Charles. But their families, church friends, neighbors, investigators…which impacted their own families, the prosecutors & their families, Nate, and other reporters, the witnesses, jurors, and even the judge.

Thank you, Nick, for your insight and clarity! I’m sure it can’t have been easy. So interesting that he cited Zulema’s testimony as especially impactful, because I remember a juror or two from the Lori Vallow trial saying the same thing.
@lindseyhendrix2405
@lindseyhendrix2405 3 месяца назад
Wow! It’s really notable that Zulema was the standout witness for him, too - because a juror from Lori’s trial had texted Lauren Mathias whenever Zulema took the stand in Chad’s trial and said she was the pivotal witness for her too. I loved the added detail that he even kept taking notes in the jury room afterwards! So interesting, and I’d be the same way 😂

Considering that jurors are not supposed to discuss the trial with anyone it’s very concerning that a juror was reportedly texting Lauren during the trial. I hope Archibald doesn’t hear that.

@@Lollipop_Lexi I presume they meant the juror from Lori's trial (who was attending Chad's trial as a member of the public) was saying this during Chad's trial, so therefore it would have been long after Lori's trial was completed.

What an INCREDIBLE young man. Nick, I have four sons. 22 all the way down to 9. I can only pray that they turn out to be 1/2 as kind, intelligent, caring & intellectual as you are. Such a good, centered head on your shoulders. Remarkable young man! Thank you for doing your duty & more so, giving it your all….in turn, finally bringing JUSTICE for these innocent, beautiful souls. ❤❤❤

Nate and Juror #9 thank you so much really appreciated this interview; it was very interesting. I am grateful I got to see/listen to it. Many of us trial watchers always wonder; what was the jurors thinking/their opinions.👏👏Again all Jurors thank for your service and bringing Justice for Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow and Tammy Daybell and their family members and friends. Oh adding this was so interesting I am listening to it again.

The juror that was being interviewed didn’t seem to think so either. In a lot of these cases they would be better getting a public defender who is in the trenches every day. There are a few more high profile cases pending the Kouri Richens case been one of them. I don’t expect to see a great defence lawyer there either. But that will be two women and maybe we will see a better job.

What a good man. Thank you to you and all tge Jurors, even the alternates. It took me a long time to know who was who and where and when everything happened. The Prosecutors did an amazing job. Everyone in their office did something, even people making copies and organizing it. Judge Boyce is an excellent job as Judge. He ruled his Courtroom great. I loved hearing about how the ballifs were. I have always wanted to do Jury duty. I got a letter to serve but we had moved from that area so I couldn't serve
