@@Etervi0n ever heard of a decline? those are on the other side of what's called an incline. to put it more lame, for you, those are called hills. declines require some heel contact, in which, this shoe's heel collapsed in a few runs causing possible injury. believe it or not some marathons have inclines and declines. so kindly stfu

I personally think that any shoe falling apart after only 100 runs would be a stupid investment. If your shoe failed after 4 however, you're doing something wrong. Safe assumption

Horrible, the massive amount of React foam does NOT work with the carbon plate

@@bendover2743 really? I have never tried react but the zoom fly 3 was a pretty popular shoe as everyone on the internet has been saying. I myself has been on the lookout but sold out everytime I was prepared to spend. Maybe it softens over time?

I'd describe react as a durable, soft, and a little springy. I ran in Brooks and Asics for years. Ever since I have been running in react it's hard for me to like other foams in training shoes with the exception of Fresh Foam X. It's a TPE foam, not standard EVA. I haven't ran in a Zoom Fly before but in the pegasus as well as the infinity I think it feels fantastic for leisurely runs. I imagine that they made the react a little firmer in the Zoom Fly to add some responsiveness. In the infinity I can't run much faster than 7/mi without feeling like I'm sinking into marshmallows. React has unmatched durability as far as foams go (my experience could differ from other people) so expect to get loads of miles. My infinity react's have over 500mi in them and the foam feels really good. I think 600-700mi is realistic for me personally. With that being said I'd buy the endorphin speed over the Zoom Fly any day of the week it's not even a competition, hell, the Novablast (which uses FF Blast, eerily similar to react) would be a great alternative for significantly cheaper now that v1's are on sale. Zoom X on the other hand is pebax which is significantly softer along with the fantastic energy return you would expect from a super foam. It lacks in durability significantly unfortunately but when the foam is still in good condition it's arguably the best feeling foam there is. Due to these differences the implementation of react in the pegasus 38 along with the infinity react specifically is ideal for training shoes because of the durability it provides. I also find it to be squishy in those shoes which is nice for the legs on daily training runs.

i'm sure will see a bigger update in the next version. Unfortunately with the tempo next% being discontinued, Nike needed something to fill in and the Zoom Fly has always done well. This is a small change but i personally preferred Zoom Fly over Tempo so i like hat it is taking back over in the performance training slot. Would like to eventually see some ZoomX added into the Zoom fly to create an even more responsive ride while having a little extra durability and stability to make it more useable for a wide variety of training needs. -Connor
