Well, I won’t say I am the blind fan of yours. Also I don’t always admit to you on your all informative videos because I also use my information and study as I am also a personal trainer(disbelieve in Bro science) and only science based facts exist for me. you will always find me denying if something you say which doesn’t make sense. I have never seen anyone covering this topic in this depth.. I can’t express how much important it is know about for human. People are focusing on making money regardless of their pricessless “Body”. Then they will throw all these hard earned money to doctors and will have to adjust time with doctor for long time then only understand what is more important for them. Money 💴 has enslaved us and it’s really crazy to imagine ourselves on the wheelchair to sit in a BMW or Mercedes. 👍 Thank you so much and it’s really informative and I will also spread this one.

I m not getting weather its a gym injury or what... facing constant little backpain.. n bcz of this pain i left many exercises like weighted squats, deadlift n all.. probably You might feel pain after ejaculation Because During The process All muscles around the body shrinks Which make U feel slight discomfort but its most likely gonna fade away. If not though Just Exercise daily / And drink milk with honey/ and if you r obese lose some weight.

Yogis and saints live a very extreme lifestyle and eat hardly just to survive They hardly sleep and are on a different level of mental thought pattern Also Their sitting is not like the ones we do in our offices or daily lives Their muscles waste away and they don't care about any bodily comforts Their aim is something totally different
