Everything looks good. I meal prepped egg roll in a bow for lunchl, boiled eggs, turkey bacon & yogurt for breakfast, watermelon, & grapes for my snacks.

I made the overnight oats last night. I just finished eating one this morning. While it wasn't so bad eating them cold, I definitely warmed them up a little. When I was putting in my points, I couldn't find the "cheesecake flavor" so I just punched in the vanilla extract. I forgot to say, I liked them alot.

So glad you liked them!! Yes, eating them warm or cold is a personal preference. I sometimes like them warmed up a little as well. And I always have to put in vanilla as well. They don't have it in their database yet.

Cute shirt. I'm going to start lobbying for a meal service plan by Kristi. I need you to meal prep for me weekly! Meal prep is my down fall (laziness - I know). I feel so good about myself when I do prep on Sundays though.

Thanks Tammy!! And LOL!! I've actually had people locally ask me if I would do it for them for a fee but I found out that unless I have a commercial kitchen, I can't. :( I think that could be a nice little side gig!! Believe me, I have days where I don't feel like it, and honestly, I have been purposely taking at least one week a month off of meal prep so I don't get burned out. But you're right - once you get it done, it feels so good!! And soooo much less stress throughout the week!

Thanks so much! If you're talking about the recipes in the plastic sleeves, those are just recipes I print (these ones were from my website, planningushealthy.com and then I just put them in sleeves and keep them in a binder. I have some free printables on that website as well. :) Thanks so much!

Oh, yeah, those really thicken it up. I think that must be why I bump the oats down to 1/3 cup when I add the chia seeds. But you're right - they're still good! Glad you like them! :)

I’m starting out slow by prepping the lunches mainly for the weekend because I tend to make horrible choices and blow my points and then some. This keeps me focused. I love love love the pizza pin wheels. I heated mine just a tad and cut it in half so I would have something to hold onto for dipping. This definitely goes in my notebook!

Hey lady!! I need to make those pinwheels! I’m trying SO hard to get back on the wagon. This week I made the following for prep: Breakfasts- Blueberry Pancake Bake Lunches- Taco Bowls with ground Turkey meat, layered with cauliflower rice, corn, black beans, cheese, Fage 0% and salsa (so good!). Even my 27 year old son and his girl friend took a couple bowls each and commented about how good they were. Dinners- I baked 6 chicken breasts for the week and will fill them into my dinners as a main dish or in a giant salad. Snacks- I made some “nice cream” off of the WW app, cleaned and cut up grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and watermelon. I may also sneak in a couple of Built bars because my prep is so low in points this week! Thanks for the video. I have my shopping list ready to make the pinwheels next week!! Keep smiling!

I made your egg cups with turkey bacon, your loaded chicken (with the biscuit pieces) very yummy, I had to taste a piece, and your chicken, bacon, ranch roll up sandwiches. Side salads, strawberries, celery sticks, and dressing cups. I love opening my fridge to see my work and know I am prepared for my 7 night shifts. You have shared so many great recipes and I cannot wait to try more. Thank you again.

Great video! Love the toe tapping music! Love your top! You’re gonna laugh, but when you started making your overnight oats, I got up and made some for my breakfast tomorrow. I had been lamenting that I forgot to stop at the store (even though I can see the store from my house and could easily ride my bike or walk there) to get some of my yogurt that I am out of. ANYHOO- I am lazy and am going without. Thankful I have the ingredients for your overnight oats though. Also the pinwheels? Ya, I have the stuff for those as well and will be having that for lunch tomorrow! Sadly I am out of Salmon, but it is on my list!🐟(I’m pretending that is a sockeye salmon) Love it when your husband interacts. 🦜💩🤣🤣

Yes! Anything you would normally put on pizza you can put in these. You can even leave the meat out if you want. I've also used Canadian bacon cut up as well. These are so versatile - you just add what you like. 😊

I'm always a little sad when you just have enough Salmon for you and Jody... Miss the pups... I'm on the hunt for low sodium pepperoni so I can have the rollups! I did some the other day with laughing cow cheese and shrimp. Added shredded lettuce and made it a little bulkier. Had PB&J overnight oats yesterday. Tomorrow is cinnamon/brown sugar (Monkfruit) with a few pecans. This morning was avocado toast. I usually only make 2 overnight oats as I sometimes want a warm breakfast (do not like them heated). The cheesecake strawberry looks delicious! Have a great week - it all looks fabulous..

I know - salmon night definitely isn't the same!! Once in a while I still make a pound and then I have it for leftovers the next day. What gets me is having to bend down and pick food up when I drop it!!! Never had to worry about that before. And then when one of them would get it, of course I'd have to "accidentally" drop another piece by the other dog. LOL Ugh...miss them so much. I don't think I've seen low sodium pepperoni, but if you find some, let me know. Sounds like you need to come be the guest star in one of my meal preps the way you are prepping things lately!!! How fun would that be??? 💕

@@PlanningUsHealthy I understand about the dropping food. I sometimes think Bella bumps me on purpose in hopes that I drop what’s in my hand. When I cook seafood she just lays on the kitchen floor waiting. You’re too funny... but if I ever find myself in Polk County, I’ll let you know!! I’ve lived in Brevard, Pinellas and Okaloosa. Miss the water, lake, gulf, ocean.

Yes, you absolutely can use less. I have some recipes I use 1/3 cup and some 1/2, but you can definitely put however much you want of any of the ingredients. Thanks Mary! 😊

I think it's pretty good! I don't care for the ones that have that real "chalky" texture. I think the Great Value is pretty comparable to Premiere Protein. But I only drink them on occasion, so might be different if I drank them more often.
