Glad somebody else made the comment, that got me. I'm used to the formula, I love but expect it and that one caught me off guard, 10/10 joke. Also original video couldn't be any more British, pandemic baking was a global phenomenon.
Full recipe 5 cups flour 2 tsp salt 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water 7 g yeast 2 tsp honey 4 tbsp olive oil Half recipe 2 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1 1/4 cup lukewarm water 3 g yeast 1 tsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil Pour water, yeast, honey into bowl. Mix together and set aside for 10 minutes. Add in flour and salt and mix til shaggy dough forms. Pour into a bowl with olive oil. Cover and let it rise 24 hours. Fold each side over itself (4 pulls in total) Put on baking sheet, do second rise for 4 hours in warm spot. Dimple the dough with your fingers, top with more olive oil and preferred toppings. Bake at 400 f (200 c) for 20 min. I tried this recipe (cus it looked super easy and was!) And dayum. 😳 Gonna be my go to foccacia recipe from now on. 👌 10/10 recommend
