INGREDIENTS
Base:
- Between 200 and 240 grams of vanila cookies.
- 200 grams of melted butter. (1 cup approx.)
Cream:
- 125 ml. of passion fruit juice (blended and strained)
- 450 grams of Cream cheese.
- 250 ml. of Heavy cream (1 cup approx.)
- 200 ml. of Condensed milk (a little more than a 300 ml or 397 g can)
- 10 grams of unflavored Gelatin or Colapez (1 Tablespoon).
- 50 grams of water boiled at room temperature (5 Tablespoons)
Passion Fruit Jam:
- 150 ml. of passion fruit juice (blended and strained).
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 Tablespoon of whole passion fruit pulp with seeds.
* Whipping cream to decorate (optional)
