@Matthew Johnson- I have had the .556 Saint FF for a little over a year, just added a Nikon P-223 to it this week. Like yourself, I’m going to the .308 Victor in the very near future. These guns are loaded with the necessities from BCM and a pleasure to run.
First gun I ever bought, love the hell out of it, just think my hand rail is a bit crooked as I have to adjust my rear sight to the left pretty decently but man it’s sweet
I purchased this rifle for $865 after taxes in Jan. Of this year. This gun now is knocking on the 2k range because of the climate the country is in. Guns are a valuable investment all around, either it be for protection, keeping governments in check, or for a solid $$$ return.
Nice vid! I just got my Saint Victor today. I have never owned an AR style rifle. I Held and handled several MSR's in the store and i just kept coming back to the saint. I liked the weight the most. Very light and balanced when i compared it to the others. I also love the BC stock. I like how tight it is. This wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. It came with 2 poly 30rd mags, and a nice carry bag. I am looking forward to having lots of fun with this rifle.
TODD FINK two mags, wtf did my store screw me on one? Anyways well worth the money (1000). Has most of the things I wanted and I paired it with a vortex sight. Can’t keep my hands off of it.
The store that I worked for sold about 50 of these a month. One of our best sellers with very few complaints. I firmly belive that this gun gets the hate that it gets because its performs above its price point. Ill be honest with you. If Im making commission I dont mind selling you a higher priced gun but in reality I want you comming back to me because I didn't sell you something that you didn't need.
My first gun is Saint Victor B5 version 5.56, very pleased with it!! (I’m looking at maybe getting their 11.5 barrel saint edge pistol in 5.56 but not sure since I hear they are even very louder so I may get it but will have to get a suppressor)
Scored a Saint Victor AR pistol in .223/5.56 about a month ago. While technically still a "pistol" because of the "arm brace" instead of stock, I still regard this gun as an NFA friendly SBR cousin absent the need for the $200 stamp. I can legally roll with it loaded and ready to go in my car with it's designation as a "pistol" in my state.... GREAT rugged gun and my first ever AR15 platform firearm.......
I would consider it the same as well and may get one too. Is it pretty loud? I have a 16” b5 saint victor in 5.56 and feel it’s pretty loud, I’ll most likely be starting the long process of getting a suppressor.
I just picked it up one Communifornia style I was deciding between this and DD which was 800 more. This will be my 1st AR hope I didn't make a mistake Ive seen a lot good review on this And we know Daniel Defense ain't no Joke I figure I could grab a DD if I get good at operating the saint or maybe I won't need too 😁
Honest Outlaw tested the SA Saint Victor (BCM Furniture) and had several misfeeds & jams with .223 55GR from Federal & Fiocchi ammo. Winchester 5.56 green tip & some high end semi jacketed shot well. Some jams were a “B” to trouble shoot. How did your first 100-200 rounds go. I just picked one up over going BCM Recce (I’ll be grabbing the 11” shortly) for $949!
Yea I've seen that review,I believe he just got a bad rifle or it was probably under gassed, because I have one with the magpul furniture and it shoots perfect, love it,couldn't ask for a better ar rifle...
I just picked up mine a couple days ago so far I have to say that I’m absolutely thrilled with it. If someone could help me tho I’d very much appreciate it I’m planning on buying a nightstrike diamondback angled grip due to limitations in jersey. I need to know what rail system I have to buy in order to attach it on my victor. Whoever could answer thank you
The brake definitely is louder at the shooter's position (and especially to either side of the rifle). Considering how mild 5.56/.223 recoil is, I've been considering replacing the brake with a flash suppressor.
I have one of these and there is a short section of picatinny rail just under the front sight. The Saint Victor is an excellent rifle and everything I could ask for in an AR15.
Due to all the crazy shit happening around the country with riots and all. I'm breaking my piggy bank to get a defense rifle. I'm between this Victor 5.56 vs Ak47. I'm familiar with the use of the AK due to being dummy proof but I hate the kick recoil and that they are not accurate but good for spraying . I never used a AR platform but I heard that they don't kick hard recoil wise and they are very accurate. But my fear is not having a rifle to protect my business and household in case of a kenosha like event. And not to mention that in case of a civil war the AR platform would be difficult to maintain. I have a shotgun and glock but they are not for conflict more for one on one defensive action. Again I'm new to the whole AR 15 rifle is it reliable? And easy to clean. ? And operate?? Any pointers will help. Otherwise I'm just going to jump into an AK47 I used to clean them with transmission oil in Mexico and they never ever would jamm or break down and old how simple that are to use...thanks in advance. And vote TRUMP 2020...
Not sure what you wound up getting but will say I got the 5.56 B5 Saint Victor 16” and felt it didn’t have much recoil if any really (I’m female and a new gun owner so recoil matters a lot to me, I don’t want a gun that is very hard to control) maybe the muzzle break helps with that but will say it’s a bit loud.
dumb question, my parents tried keeping me away from firearms (i was a republican in a liberal home...childhood sucked) and im still relatively new to them, Does this take 5.56x45 NATO or 5.56x51!?!?!?!
Did your parents take you for an MRI to see if you have the typical brain defects of a right winger? Unfounded incessant fear and anxiety, lack of common sense & critical thinking skills, locked into simplistic linear thinking? They must have been excellent parents not to drop you off by the side of the road. Hope you bought a Saint. Excellent firearms for the price point.
Yeah it was hard for me too, I wound up getting a B5 5.56 Saint Victor at www.gunbuyer.com/springfield-223-saint-victo-16-sprstv916556b-b5-d.html otherwise the purchase went well with fast shipping to my ffl but have seen them available elsewhere just gotta keep checking.
