This was the first AR-15 I purchased and it's by far my favorite. It's super accurate, the gas is tuned perfectly and it weighs next to nothing. I've got some videos on my channel of running the range (i.e., my back yard) with this bad boy. You've got my sub!
I bought one of these and it's incredible! The only issue that I have with this incredibly accurate and reliable iron is that the flash when firing is blinding for just a second. For the money it's the best investment on the street.
I was recently was at the gun store for over an hour. I was also faced with the M400 vs. Saint Victor decision. I ended up with the Saint Victor, but it was a VERY hard decision. I like both guns. No bad choice, but you have to make one. :)
Good choice. I was at the shop yesterday. Even my salesman got one of these Saint Victor. I love it too, its just DOJ mess up California design for strick rules. I don't know why they made it tough for California taxpayers.
Appreciate your knowledge and honesty, just today I decided on a Victor too. At the 1,100 price point the furniture was sweet... but the trigger was sublime!🤯 But I'm comparing it to a FN PS90 so... it's hard to get worse 🤣
They can't take your tools for fun at all it's your god given natural right constitution says so it was wrote for us citizens to b able to protect ourselves from a government that is trying to infringe apon us and for them to be trying to threaten us with charging us for treason if we form a militia to abolish them I treason them selves by trying to rip a right from us
Just took mine to the range today. Able to mount the HEX dragonfly and co-witness with irons at lower 1/3. Such a great weapon. Strangely though it appears my mlock rail loosened.
I bought a Saint with the cheap m-loc polymer handguard which I promptly upgraded to midwest industries. Net price after the fact is about the same now, though it didn't come with a Vortex red dot, which I added as well. Probably 1000 rounds through it of new and reman ammo, and it's been perfect. Unless they changed it within the past year, I also think you're trigger short. It's a really smooth, crisp trigger. You do get a lot for the money with these.
I was looking at both of those last night. I liked the sig a tiny bit better because it was lighter, however, it was too short, and would have to go with the Saint because it shouldered better. Great review!
Just bought one yesterday, traded in my S&W M&P AR-15 for it, best move I’ve made in a while, such a superior AR-15! It came out of the box with a carrying case, and I only had to swap out a few ambidextrous parts because I shoot southpaw! GREAT Rifle!!!
Yes indeed 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 All I added up was a Holosun 512c, an Inforce tac light, a Warhammer charging handle, and a sling. BOOM! It's done and ready for its intended purposes. Oh, and I am also changed the loud, annoying muzzle break for a muzzle hider.

I love Springfield, but the gun store I been shopping has the sig tread also and kinda had me leaning but after this I'm definitely sticking with Springfield
You'll immediately want to buy a new handguard if you went with tread. They suck and get HOT quick. The saint is definitely bit better all around option. At least for my needs and preferences
Not the M400. The M400 is a direct impingement gas operated rifle. It has a low profile, mid-length gas block. The piston operated rifles like the 516 and the MCX do have adjustable gas blocks.
This is a wonderful 308. But the one thing that sets the Saint series back is the plug system with it’s tool to adjust the gas. They need to kill that immediately.
Do you guys think an H2 buffer would be too heavy for this? It came stock with an H1, but I want to soften it up as much as possible so I can teach my little sister to shoot without the recoil scaring her from wanting to shootb
@@danperry3116 yeah, now that I’ve taken it to the range it’s totally fine as is. I was surprised how soft it shot actually. That muzzle break makes a difference too
Where im at in commiefornia those 2 are $900 difference night and day. Ill go with the cheaper saint victor mainly cus like i said its a $900 difference in commiefornia
only issue I've had with this rifle is its backup irons it comes with. slap a red dot on it and you'll have a rifle that is accurate and very fun to shoot!
I had the opposite experience with the backup sights. I love how the rear peep flips for long range and also has windage and elevation adjustments. I think my only gripe is that I wish the front sight had a thinner profile.
Your presentation is all over the place; you need to focus. For a $1000+ purchase, I'd think it deserves a professional presentation and not a lot of unnecessary chatter. That you can point out where the trigger is but haven't shot the firearm is very strange. Why don't you shoot the firearm and THEN do a video??
