I've heard it can take a while longer if you order from Oculus directly. Not sure how long though.

fish and banana yes, it just depends which game/title you download, some you can sit in a chair or on the floor, but some require you to have more space to move around in. Goodluck!

It's close, both the Rift and the Vive have a resolution of 1080×1200 per eye with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It's definitely like you're looking at a full HD screen, but it gets good when you can turn and see all around you in 360 degrees. Depending on the game/program the image is very sharp for 1st gen hardware. Since the screens are very close to your face, you sometimes can see the pixels but it quickly disappears once you start engaging in a game or vr title. Currently the only con or downside is watching 360 videos (not games or vr titles but videos shot with 360 degree cameras) many of them have much lower resolution for some reason, so it's harder to stay engaged overall. As 360 VR cameras get better though and VR Hardware improves it will become much more real. But overall for VR titles and games, the resolution per eye is good enough for you to forget you even have the headset on, especially if the game is engaging like SUPERHOT VR, or Google Earth VR.
