Hi Artem! I have one of these problems, my arm is always slanted to the right and is not 90 degrees. I don't know how to move my weight across the right way. When I bend my hips my arm is 90 degrees, but that's not what I am supposed to do. How do I shift my weight across?
Even if the wall is not bearing all of your bodyweight by that i mean feets more or less on the wall only using it as minimal support my theory is whether or not ever will tech the freestanding balance. The are different opinions on it from different teachers.

Am 28 years of age and 180 pounds in weight amd 5 months in calisthenics , I have seen some improvements in my strength and body , but I find it hard to perform skills , beacuse I feel very heavy on my hands . Should I loose weight to so that I can master my skills a bit easier ? Beacuse I want to get good at static holds
