FYI: I have watched every episode including the "No talk and work only" videos Based on that, I am so impressed with your dedication to saving this place... it would have been so much easier to demolish it and build from scratch a new place. Well done!!

Idd, easier and much faster. We see a lot of farms being demolished here and I feel pity each time I see an old beautiful building down. Sometimes the decision to demolish is justified, but in many cases the old buildings could and should be saved...

When I saw Illia planting I was immediately struck with sadness because that activity is for family sharing and then your daughter showed up! GREAT. You don't have to display your children but there are some things that just demand that the whole family participate. Thanks for including at least your daughter.

"Lifehack" for setting up scaffolding, put the short braces sideways that way it don't falls down anymore. And you can set it up basically by yourself.

I have found that it really does help to set up a sturdy hip high outdoor work platform to do brick mortar clean up. Especially when you do so much renovation.

Illia you are doing amazing work. You take time and energy to make sure it is done right The only negative is using concrete lintel. They are ugly and take away character of house.Also the other window and door have wood lintel,with using concrete it going to look different.

Yeah... it's a pity we cannot keep them where they are, but we will reuse the beams later on in interior. We needed to replace the beams to be sure the house will serve us and kids another 100 years :-) And since the walls won't be exposed (as well as beams), the compromise is good enough.

I'd love to see a video about your plans, like what is your current mission (like fixing windows), what's next, which tasks need to be done after and so on. Obviously there needs a lot to be done, until you are able to move in, but I'd like to know which "boxes need to be ticked" :D. It would help to get an overview on how much (or less) is coming and i love hearing about the details you're always telling❤
