~ Learn how to build and create Qi in your Body with one simple Tai Chi and Qigong movement which will increase your Qi (Life Energy). Qi has healing properties and is one of the many Tai Chi benefits associated with Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong practice. Everyone has Qi! We only need to learn how to cultivate the Qi in our bodies and become more sensitive to it. Experience the power of Qi. Learn this one simple Tai Chi Chuan form and Qigong movement to first feel Qi in your hands and eventually throughout your body.
This Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong movement can be considered a simple Tai Chi for beginners and Qigong for beginners movement. It is also suitable for advanced Tai Chi and Qigong practitioners who have never felt Qi. It is perhaps one of the simplest Tai Chi exercises and can be done seated or standing.
The Tai Chi benefits of Qi energy are many. Qi raises our energy frequency which has healing properties such as exciting our mitochondria for restoration of cells within our body.
Qi benefits include reduced joint pain, improved mood, improved mental health awareness, which puts us in a state of Qigong meditation for a calming effect. Increasing your Qi energy can lower blood pressure, heal wounds faster, and relieve emotional pain and anxiety.
Qi benefits are infinite! Circulation of Qi will improve benefits of Tai Chi and your Qigong benefits. Your Tai chi Chuan and Qigong practice will reach an entire different level! Enjoy this one, simple Tai Chi and Qigong form to improve your Qi flow and sensitivity!
There is a bonus movement at the end called Qi Cleansing which rids your body and mind of heavy Qi, the negative stuff that gets us down, like anxiety, depression, frustration and anger, and leaves room for the elevating Qi to flow. Perform this Qi Cleansing exercise to increase your mental health awareness and improve your bioenergetics.

You're so welcome! Thank you for the positive feedback about my teaching and the description of the experience. "Lighthearted" is perfect! That is what I hoped for. If we take it too seriously, we extinguish the Qi. Gotta smile from the inside out!

I was doing it wrong the whole time. I was gathering the heavy chi in my dantien. Thank you for teaching , I saw before ending you collected the high frequency light energy and send it through out the whole body, not just the Dan tien as coming down. I feel much better in overall wellbeing

Judy, thank you for the positive feedback and the feedback on the advert placement. I was not aware this one had a ad in the middle! Yes, that would be distracting and would disrupt the "Qi." I will go in and try to change that. Thanks for letting me know!

Hi Susan, thank you for your informative videos and for your way of passing on your knowledge of tai chi to the rest of us who are not academically gifted. I myself am currently being taught the yang style and Qigong. Looking forward to following you keep up the good work. Best regards from Copenhagen, Denmark❤

Hi Susan, I'm new to your channel and thus far I'm enjoying your teaching. One question I would like to ask you if I may: What is the breathing pattern through this procedure in relation to hand movement. Do you breath in whilst the hand moves up and exhale when hand moves down? Or just breath freely with no relation to hand upward/downward, forward/backward movement? Thank you in advance. You have a very charismatic way of teaching and of transmitting knowledge, that is a gift not many people posses.
@InternalTaiChi
@InternalTaiChi Год назад
Hi Theo. Thank you for your wonderful comment. I enjoy teaching and Tai Chi/Qigong are my passion. As far as the breathing: keep your breath natural and do not focus on it. If you keep your arms below chest height, this will allow your breath to drop to a lower region in your body (as opposed to holding arms to high which brings the breath up). Do not try to choreograph your breath with your movements. If the arms are below chest height and you are relaxed, your breath will take care of itself. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!

Thank you for your kind, positive comment about my teaching. I am having a visitor student for a few days to take private lessons from me. She will be here in two weeks. I will need a partner to fully demonstrate and explain Peng jin, so I will ask her if she is willing to be in my video. I'm sure she will say yes! I will give it a good try and post it!
