I don’t think what Whitey said was insensitive. It is true. She lashing out at Lucas and saying it was his fault that Keith died because she’s upset. I get being upset but really she pushed Keith aside a lot of the series and now she’s upset that he’s not around like he always was or she assumed he would be. That’s a hard pill swallow
Her lashing out was her getting angery at herself for being stubborn for not getting together with him sooner because of dan and other reasons, but she lost him to early and didnt have enough time with him.there time started together later and ended to soon. An she knows her son is just as stubborn as she is and knows her already blame himself and she has probably her him say it so much that she got so mad at him and agreed with him,but I am sure that was the only time she agreed with him about it , like she said aren't I allow to feel bad ,she has to go through the process. Of grief
I liked whitey character all throughout all the seasons of one tree hill he was a stubborn man an wasnt afraid to admit it he was also wise and sweet I thought.
Karen friend zoned Keith for 17 years and is now acting like she is in shambles when she only get to be with him for 2 weeks. You should’ve ate your food but instead you were playing with it and now you’re mad it’s rotten and spoiled.
@@Longlivethechannel People don't get it. Karen was afraid of admitting she loved Keith because his own brother was the one who burned her in the first place. Also, Keith didn't admit he loved Karen until season 1 either. Karen did not realize Keith was in love with her until the time capsule.
That was kinda messed up that Karen smacked whitey though,but she did it because she was angry at her self and she agreed with him that's why she got mad and she was angry at Keith dying and leaving her , she couldn't smack Keith so she smacked someone who was closed to her and keith .Keith was friends with whitey and the two of them are stubborn like one another, she knows whitey was right and Keith would be telling her the same thing but she wasnt ready to hear it ,it doesnt take the hurt away from missing him .She would have smacked keith if he was alive and standing in front of her .its the same impulse you would have if someone chose to leave you or cheat you would hate them and love them ,and hate them for making you hate them and leave .So she hit whitey because he said some she already knew that he would have said to her to not waste time again not being happy, because she waited so long for them to be happy together from the start.
When karen slapped whitey, I see him seeing the option to take the renegade path which involved hitting Karen. Glad whitey is a paragon. Bonus points if ya get the reference
