This was very nice. A lot of wisdom without being preachy or smarmy. I leave water on the counter in the sunlight every day and thank it before drinking. Water + sunlight + bare feet on the grass = heaven to me. Thank you and cheers to all! 🌱
@@Blackbird_Singing_in_the-Night Very true, although there is nothing wrong with thanking water or the sun as long as its not worship. There are Marvelous Beings who are custodians of all nature and they should be thanked. But all Worship is fir the Almighty who Created them
I'm 71 and I still do not drink enough water every day. I'm going to try to pay more attention to my body, but just like hunger I don't seem to get thirsty very often. I will drink more water. Yes room temperature. Thank you
Thanks for sharing this vital information. It would also be nice if you could ask GOD'S blessing on the water before you drink. GOD bless and thanks again.
Projecting any positive energy toward the water will change it in a Positive way. Love, Thanks, and even pleasant music will rearrange the molecular structure of the water in a beneficial way. It helps plants grow better too!!
Over much of the planet our riparian systems are in dreadful disorder. It would be so beneficial to restore all of our rivers and creeks to pristine condition by revegetating the banks with beautiful perennial vegetation and by never disposing of wastes into rivers or the sea. Because of human activity, many rivers are silted up badly, the deep holes filled with materials eroded from denuded banks. With effort, we could increase the carrying capacity of our waterways and allow them to contain multiple times more water. We can work together to make this lovely planet healthy once again, and this should be our top priority.
14.05 this video moved me so much and made me realise I don’t drink enough water and do not appreciate how lucky I am to have clean running drinking water. 🙏🙏🙏
I drink filtered room temperature water to quench my thirst in summer and have my special hot green tea with fresh ginger and ten natural wild herbs, which mostly I pick myself from the mountain top in my hometown in Lebanon. I drink water only when I am thirsty, for I eat mostly fresh fruits and boiled vegetables. Feeling energetic, but lost a lot of weight. But no medicine for the past few years
@@be-extraordinary-xt7ve Since the Vision Quest, I was given the knowledge through dreams on how to develop a new technology that clean water at the melecular level utilizing only the Sun and Air. The system can clean millions of gallons per day and has been accepted by several water agencies.. Always treat water with respect 💧🌐❤️
I kept my wife alive giving her 5 squirts of water 💦, 5 squirts of Apple 🍎 juice, 5 squirts of Orgina( like Fanta) eventually though she died of Stage IV Ovarian Cancer! This was very difficult for me to see, my wife dying in front of my eyes, and this was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life! She died in her sleep on Dec. 21, 2023! God bless our Ildikos Soul! 🥲😔She’s an Angel Now!🙋🏻♀️🪽🪽🙏
Acknowledging your msg snd give my appreciation for the suggestions. Sone of which I already follow. Tuning in to the needs of one’s body is key to dynamic health. Gratitude and Thanks
About ten years ago I (male, 90 kg, 70 years old ) experimented by drinking in a few minutes a large amount of water. I drank 3 liters and felt dizzy for about 10 minutes. I consider this to be dangerous.
Water is highly intelligent and can hear you! Program your drinking water prior to consumption by thinking, speaking, and or singing I LOVE YOU - THANK YOU. This changes the molecular structure to assist on a more potent energetic level. ❤️🙏❤️
Enjoyed listening and relaxing to your cool, calm, and soothing voice. Thanks! Learned to respect fire and water as a child. We could neither disrespectfully play with fire nor disrespectfully play around bodies of water. We had to honor both. I AM guessing since Earth produced our sources of food from our crops and fruit and nut trees and we said grace before each meal and air was our source for breathing oxygen and we gave gratitude three times a week at church services for the air that we breathed, they were a given. As children we could not turn our hindsides to the wood/coal heater or to bodies of water, whether it was a swimming pool, a creek, or other. It was considered disrespectful. We were taught both were live entities and had minds of their own. As such, we needed to respect both. If not they could destroy us in their displeasure, or they could miraculously save us when in danger. I never questioned it as a child, just did as I was instructed. I passed this information on to my children and grandchildren. My 2nd daughter was graduating from high school. She was preparing to go to a school function one early night. It was winter and the weather was very cold. She had planned to wear a flimsy floor length skirt and matching top. I advised her to wear a thermal set underneath, top and bottom. She did. We lived in a huge old well built house. It had three levels. The middle level had a fireplace with an insert. It kept the whole middle and upstairs nice and cozy warm. We always closed off the basement. I had to run a quick errand before she left for school. We had only the one car. When I returned, the firetruck and paramedics were parked in the parking lot next to our house with lights flashing. I ran into the house. There my daughter laid on the floor while the paramedic attended to her. The first thing she said to me as she sobbed loudly. "Mama, I AM sorry. I turned my back to the fireplace!" My youngest son was 12 and was there with her. He screamed to her, "Stop, drop, and role over!" He called 911 while he doused her with pots of water to put out the remaining sparks from her skirt. The flames left nearly nothing of that skirt but the waistband. There was literally no way she could get that close to the fire for her skirt to catch on fire. It was not built like that. The fire lepted out. Had she not had on that thermal set she would have been badly burned. It was flame retardant. She did get a a very small burn on one side where the thermal top was not tucked inside the thermal bottom. Needless to say, all of my children learned from that. I had all to learn to swim early and join swim teams until each was 18. I taught them to respect water. Every time I hear of small children dying in house fires, it's mainly because they were playing with matches or lighters. Or adults not taking precautionary measures with handling fuels around open fires or grease at the stoves or not putting out cigarettes properly. This video confirms my own take on water. I know its value and most definitely appreciate it. I know its worth for my well-being and the well-being of my family. Thanks for sharing!
I drink when i have a thirst. Have always done so. Seems to work for me. Ideally, i drink filtered water from glass after it has sat overnight in a pyramid, and been exposed to 528hz tones for 10 minutes.
Sadly many people do not appreciate the values and benefits of water. I have come across many people who don't drink water, they have loads of cola drinks at home and in their cars.
Thank you. I am a water person. Mostly only drink water. Usually drinking ice water, sometimes with lemon, or chloraphl with mint. I'm hearing it's better to drink warm water, especially in the evening. It's good for diabetics.
I live in Miami and mow yards. I go from maybe a quart a day in the winter to over 2 to 3 gallons a day (ice cold) with the incredible amount of perspiration during Sumner peak. Believe me, my body Knows water 💧
I filter all our water with a Zero water filter. Currently the company that supplies our water has it coming out of the tap at 290 Mg of contamination including Flouride, Chlorine, etc. Out of my filter it is at 0 PPm of contamination. I use it for my two outside cats, my two inside dogs, and my wife and my Grandson. It helps to keep a clear head and makes understanding things better.
If one has studied Zen or other Buddhist teachings, one would understand and appreciate the Msg. Blessing one’s intake of food, water or drink allows for ease & comfort in the body. It transmits an energy to enhance one’s internal wellbeing and allows for a healthy perspective on life
American water is deadly. Never ever drink tap water ! Drink only room temperature water ..add boron. Magnesium and sea salt. Dr Peter Osborne.. make sure its Structured water. ! The best. Water having memory. Think positive with deep love for Humanity. Thankyou my best to all Truthspeakers ❤
Indeed the way water should be drank is very important. Yogi says let the water settle in glass or silver copper as these holding sources are calming to the neutron in water
Wise words indeed but surprised there is no mention re. the quality of the water to be drunk. It looks like it was written for centuries past when water was pure. Times have changed, and we can’t ignore that.
Early morning can we drink warm water or cold and how much glasses of water one can consume on empty stomach. Thanks for the vedio. Kindly advice about the early morning empty stomach dose of water consumption.
I'll pass on room temperature wa ter as it tastes disgusting and makes me feel sick. I drink wat er from Malvern spring in the UK as tap water is fluoridated. I am considering increasing the uptake of water in its natural form though but it will be from the fridge as I cannot stomach warm water.
I have never taken to water I have to be distracted by its flavor which in general is not tasteless but chemical like recycled sewer water. There is nothing that makes you feel more hopeless than being without water, just the thought brings panic, I could not imagine the torment one would face dying from lack of water, a slow, miserable, helpless, and hopeless, scenario second to none all caused because of a glass of water that is in overabundance everywhere but try doing without it..
Interesting story. I turned the screen down to the table to avoid this painful flashing all the time. This kind of disturbing visual presentations is not for me....
1. Dont drink more than 750 ml a day or 5 L a day. Men need 2-4 L and women 2-3 L per day. Increase intake during exercise, sweating, diarrhoea.. 2. Have adequate intervals between drinking. 3. Rehydrate first thing in the morning to flush out toxins. Drink whenever thirsty. Reduce intake in late afternoon and evening. 4. Don’t drink before meals but rather after a meal to avoid diluting of digestive juices. More issues. 1. Reflect on your daily water intake each day whether it is enough. 2. Before eating, Connect with your body 3. Remember that fruits contain lots of water too. 4. Wait at least 15 minutes after intense exercise to drink water. 5. Drink water at room temperature or hot water. 6. Chew food well and turn it into liquid before swallowing. 7. Establish regular frequencies for drinking water throughout the day. 8. Practice gratitude for having water before drinking it.
my parents always said water is wet. my mother said water, stops you absorbing important nutrients into your body. my father, meant use water wisely, when thirsty and sip not gulp...water is life...
I drink filtered water which has shungite pebbles in the container this creates cultured water My first drink is with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar I will drink more water during the day and fast for 7 days 🙏
Why was this kind of info never been shared to all humanity...it is only now we are in the 20th Century that these knowledges have been Imparted.Whhhhhhhhyyyyy?????😢😢😢😢😢
@@be-extraordinary-xt7ve because of which people in some countries also getting H pylori! I’m going through it now even tho I’m in the UK. I think I got through food contamination 😢
This is not Buddhist/Buddhism. The teaching is not like that. The path to enlighten is to let's go everything, so you don't attach to it, there is no point of drinking water like that. This the new science using Buddhist teaching as a vehicle to carry out the messages.
Good day teacher, water is an indestructible body, capable of changing form and function from and to a liquid, solid or gas state, is a universal solvent capable of taking on the shape of any container, is a major contributing factor making up the human body _(a dwelling made not by hands,)_ in an unbreakable relationship with the infinite field underlying the sub-quantum field, whether or not one is more or less if not most highly aware of this unbreakable relationship between things seen and things not seen; John soaked people with the knowledge of this indestructible body within every human body capable through a process of maturing, to induce increased development of a transformation from a human form and function into a more or less radically if not most radically different form and function adapted to inhabit habitations more or less far if not farthest outside the perceptual range of humans 5 senses, vibrating at frequencies above and beyond any frequency detectable within the perceptual range of humans 5 senses, capable of developing like the kernel of a seed of an _evergreen tree._ Highest regards, a student of the masters
