Because we didn't use cyclopentolate drops..then no need to deduct. When we will instil the drops when we will deduct cyclopentolate value and working distance both.
Sir apny Plus ma 1.50 working distance nikla cyclopentolate nh 0.50 add nh kia minus ma 1.50 k sath 0.50 cyclopentolate add kia aesa q ? Jab k dono ma plus oe minus dono ka 1.50 working and 0.50 Cyclopenlate ka nikala hota hai its mean total 2.00 apni ek 1.50 k retinoscopy ki ek 2.00 p???¿
@@optometrywithkhurram6867 Okay 🙃 I was confused a bit when you didn't deduct it, but in case 2, you did... So, you should mention for more clarification that in case 1, cycloplegic drops aren't used, while in case 2, they are used... Overall you delivered a great lecture Sir !!! 🙂
Dear sir Should we not always consider the smaller value as the sphere ?? Means in hyperopic case you also picked smaller value as sphere n greater value as cyl , but in case of myopic example you used greater value as the sphere not the smaller (value)one
Working distance was 1.50 D and for cyclopentolate dioptric allounce is 0.50 so total is 2.00D ....which is deducted from working distance. Watch carefully again.
AOA sir you are so great thankful to you to creat easy to way to understand us all of this . Sir you from where kindly contact me I'm Bs Opto final year student kindly thank you sir
