Happy to see we have you for another season. Thank you for the game highlights, look forward to these every week with notifications on. Keep up the great work!
Boomer Sooner! It's difficult at times to watch the games live overseas and Mr. Macintosh, I can't thank you enough. I really appreciate the time and work you put into the highlights.
Same boat. Watching from Japan, these games start around 0100 or 0400, but haven’t missed one in the past 5 years. And I still always watch your videos Mr. Macintosh, THANK YOU.
I have to see more Javonte Barnes. I bet he could have had 200 yards if he was the starter. Gray played well but he dances around a bit much for my liking, doesn’t have that top end speed either. Would have liked to get the receivers more involved as well. Everytime Mims and Wease touched the ball it was a big gain. Defense played very composed. Didn’t give up one 30 yard play. The defense of years past had the snowball effect. Where if things didn’t go well, if kept getting worse and worse. This defense reset after each play and stuck to assignments. We got beat up on underneath routes all day but made the tackle shortly after they caught the ball. Also way better tackling, I only remember a few missed tackles. Overall, it was an exciting day and a great performance by the Sooners in Brent’s debut. Can’t wait to see how this season plays out, Boomer!
Everyone welcome back for another exciting season of SOONER football. Let's take time to appreciate all these highlight videos from Mr. Macintosh every week.Thank you Sir.
I am so excited to see our team go forward and have so much hope. Seeing little number 82 Gavin Freeman, on his first touch EVER in college football make a TD at the same time is so exciting. That little man is a force to be reckoned with.
@@houseontherock8345 oh absolutely, BV and lebby got all of this , all they need to a couple of tweaks on both offense and defense and i can see use probably going 11-1
As always, Great Highlight editing! Most 'highlight' reels just show scoring plays and maybe a couple of other big plays. Mr. Macintosh shows defense too. Thank you!
At the 10:00 10:01 mark maaaaan look at that pancake block Braden Willis put on that linebacker that's uncommon effort and you can tell he was hyped about it. You can literally hear him screaming about it then got louder when he seen Majors scored mainly off that block I LIKE THIS TEAM!!!!! BOOMER thus could be a special year no matter the record, thus year.I love just this the atmosphere the culture is going to attract top level talent and OU is going to be VERY elite going foward.
Thank you for all your efforts editing and uploading the videos! Really a treat for us out-of-state alums to be able to watch the highlights. Thank you so much !
Hi, I don't have ESPN+, is it possible to share the entire game coming up against Kent St. in a video or a majority of it as well as your Highlight video please?
The defense looks disciplined, a world of change. Brayden Willis...seems like every big play, he is catching the ball or making a down field block..this dude is special I don't see high scoring duels anymore..OU D is too good
Thank you for the highlights.Sooner football is back. Saw a lot of things to be happy about still some things to clean up but for game 1 and I don’t think they wanted to show everything they looked good.
@@richardgregory3644 people are over looking Kansas state. They are going to be really good this year plus they have the best RB in the big 12. Texas is going to be a dog fight like last year. Iowa state and West Virginia on the road is never a easy place to win.
Commentator on Gavin Freemans TD run asks 'how did he do that?'. How about the four blocks Brayden Willis delivered (including that final one downfield to allow Gavin the room to make it in). Love this offense sofar.
No doubt. But to be fair, Tulane is quite a bit better than UTEP. Many American Athletic Conference teams are pretty on par with several teams in P5 conferences. Conference USA teams might as well be playing in the FCS because of how bad they are. Lol
@@nathandahl9233 well of course. A program as hyped as OU should have definitely k*lled them... was just pointing out that Tulane is stronger than UTEP and pretty much anyone else in the conference USA. It's more efficient to judge team strength by their strength of schedule and how they do, rather than a win/loss record. Some teams play stronger opponents than others.
@@nathandahl9233 AAC isn't much weaker than the P5's to be honest... Cincy, Houston, SMU, UCF, and Tulsa have all put up good fights against bigger schools, and even prevailed at times. Conference USA is buttcheeks. Lol
That guy starting to play like a man among boys! You going to make the King (Switzer) and Big Game Bob happy! Now rest of team make the King happy by slapping a half of hundred on them and put the ponies in the barn! There's Only One Oklahoma! BOOMER SOONER!!
OUr defense was 10000000000000% better than the previous four years under TBOW. They were hungry and punished the miners on every tackle. It was like a swarm of bees out there protecting the nest. Boomer!
