Can you panhandle for the homeless shelters?

I am an admirer and subscriber. I’m retired, a veteran about your age and live in Kissimmee, Florida. I’m thinking about doing what you do. I don’t need the money but I love the cause. Do I need a bail bondsmen on retainer? Can I email you?

The sad thing about this is that soon after you leave, an actual homeless person they run into is going to be severely violated. You won the battle, unfortunately, not the war. How do we win the war? Advocating for the homeless, and making sure that they get fair representation in court, and in city councils by making sure we work to abolish the unconstitutional ordinances, and also electing people who are sensible and will tailor ordinances in the line of human and civil rights.

Or the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum. 😂

OK. Can we call on you to open your home to a street derelict ? Jeff is for supporting bums, but has never reported that he has taken one into his OWN property. But he's fine if these drug addicted derelicts live, defecate, and beg on OUR streets. Jeff is great at what he does, his auditing is great and clearly he is an excellent human being, but his support of derelicts is wrong and hypocritical.

It doesn't take long for the police to put memos out about Jeff. Very specific memos.

100% He recognized the wording on the sign, even if he didn't know who Jeff was. I noticed a couple videos back that it seems like word about him had been sent out to the departments. Makes you wonder how they would treat a panhandler.

This isn't new, they did that like 20 years ago. They had free speech zones and requiring people to get a permit to protest. The ACLU fought against that and won for the most part.

Requiring Permits for anything needs to have revenue. Office fees Filing fees. A cashier Lawyers City Council meetings. And probably a whole new office for more space. All this to tax free speech.

They already have you asking permission to exercise your 2nd.

Knowingly unconstitutional laws are regularly passed by federal state and local governments forcing us citizens to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting them in court for years and years before they are finally repealed or modified. Also the police regularly arrest innocent people (like Jeff) who are not breaking any laws forcing us to spend thousands of dollars to fight the charges in court until the bogus charges are dropped. This is the real problem.
