This video shows how to deal with your outside amaryllis after they have flowered and perhaps have left a pocket. Don't let your amaryllis go "kapook"! You can purchase our bulbs, plants and seeds at www.amaryllisman.com
Just in time! Yesterday I was thinking, I need to look up how to care for my outdoor bulbs, and here you are!!! Thank you for every video you post, I love your channel and the way you talk to us. May your day be blessed and filled with joy. I know I would hug you if I met you!!! 🤗 From beautiful N. GA, old farmer girl, Mimi 😎
Thank you so much for covering this topic, was wondering about water issue when I bring my amaryllis out in the garden this year for the 1st time. God bless you!
Thank you for sharing your garden knowledge. Had a surprise today my Temptation bulb, that had already bloomed this spring, decided to send up another flower stalk this season.😃
This is amazing! I have 1 bulb in particular that unfortunately lost all leaves... and is way too wet. This is a wonderfully informative video. Love how you produce brief tips of good information for those of us trying to grow amaryllis! I now have hope for this sad bulb I have :) Thank you.
I love watching your videos, very informative I have heard if you plant different colored amaryllis together in the same garden, they will all become the same color. Is this true?
Hey there! Thanks so much for your help. I have a question. I found a worm (army worm?) eating the leaves on my Amarylis and then I saw where he had eaten part of the side of the bulb away too. :( My question is, do you think I need to cut it away like you did on this one in the video, soak it and then replant it or would it be ok to just let it heal on it's own? I have already peeled back the brown off the bulb. Thank you and God Bless!
All 50 of my amaryllis bulbs appear to have the red blotch issue they have no leaves but red blotches everywhere! Should I just throw them away? Please help
Hello Amaryllis Man 😊 Do we also trim down the green leaves after the main stalk blooms and dies off? What is the purpose to trimming the leaves 🍃? Are we to trim back every bulb? Thank you
