Ten years as an entrepreneur and many different procrastination phases have shown me that these approaches will ensure you get back to doing and accomplishing again! If you’ve ever felt stuck or overwhelmed by your to-do list, these methods can help you take action and stay on track. My top go-to approaches are the five second rule from Mel Robbins, the Pomodoro technique, the two minute rule from David Allen and simply focus on starting not finishing.

Hi! In another video you mention chronic pain. I am going through chronic pain and it's seriously one of the things that makes me more unproductive, along with having Adhd. I'm working towards creating my own way of working around these two factors.
