Sir... Domino's mai toh ye 10hrs. Ki shift krwate hain. Jisme sirf 30minitus ka break hota hai. And 10hrs. Toh minimum hai agr rush ho toh 11 Orr 12hrs. Bhi krwate hain. And says Domino's orr kisi bhi food industry mai aane kaa fix time hota hai jaane kaa nahi. So... kulmilake ye loog employees se daily bases pe 1.30hrs. Jayada kam karwate hain.

I work in Govt College as a Janbhagidaari worker and we are paid as per daily wages collector rates applied in MP, and everyday we work overtime for about 1 or 2 hours but the college doesn't recognize it. They take work from us but they don't pay for extra time. I once asked a Babu of our college, he told there is nothing such as extra time pay here.

Do you have any law case study on calculation of Overtime wages rate? there is lot of confusion and different practices in the industry. some employer calculate overtime on Full Gross salary/Minimum wages per month but some employer seee calculating on Earned Gross wages . Which one is correct ? i think if we pay it on earned salary then the rate of overtime wages would be very less if any employees takes leave in that particular month.

सर कृपया जानकारी देने का कष्ट करे । मै स्टेट पॉवर कम्पनी मे कार्यरत हु, जहाँ तकनीकी और गैर तकनीकी कर्मचारी काम करते है। किन्तु यहाँ दोनो वर्ग हेतु वर्किंग timing अलग अलग है। एक ओर जहाँ गैर तकनीकी कर्मचारियों को प्रतिदिन 7 घंटे का वर्किंग time और सप्ताह मे 2 दिन का अवकाश होता है इसके अतिरिक्त राज्य शासन व केंद्र शासन द्वारा प्रतिवर्ष घोषित लगभग 60 दिनों की अवकाश की पात्रता होती है, जबकि दुसरी और तकनीकी कर्मचारी को प्रतिदिन 8 घंटे की वर्किंग होती है एवम् सप्ताह मे 1 साप्ताहिक अवकाश के अतिरिक्त वर्ष मे केवल 8 rastriya अवकाश की पात्रता है। क्या एक संस्था मे ऐसा दोहरा मापदंड कानूनो के तहत सही है? कृपया अवगत कराने का कष्ट करे
