Mam , I used spade five times in garden to plant some thing since then I have been suffering one side (right) hip pain while bending or when sitting on bed while watching contineously TV . Physio and IFT done but no improvement .Please please please me what I should do. 🙏🙏

Always get checked for your si joint pain by a board certified Rheumatologist, orthopedist or a pm&r physician. Don't rely on physios to diagnose as they are unaware about the underlying pathology causing SIitis.

I was suffering one sided (at left side) lower back pain for last several years; (at that time I was not heavy or fat). But recently I have noticed that I am feeling pain at middle part of lower back as well as the left side. The pain happens when I keep continuously standing for 30-45 minutes. It also happens if I keep bending myself forward and doing something for almost 10-12 minutes. After the pain happen, I have to stress my back (less workable) or I have to sit down for relief. Now, I want to consult it with doctor. So can you help me by suggesting of which department's doctor I should consult?

@@pushanpandey7237 it became worse bro. I have visited all kinds of doctor (Neuro, Ortho, Rheumatologist) but nobody diagnosed it well. What they do is give basic vitamins prescription and pain killers. The pain will be back again. Currently i am undergoing physiotherapy too. But what i have learnt from physio is, they treat you symptomatically. It's been told by physio, not my statement. The main root cause will remain same until diagnosed properly and treated. its been 15+ days and the pain is still there even after physiotherapy. I am still not sure if there's any treatment for this :(
