That is the rules of the sport you fall over you are done. That is why you don't see anybody getting hammered on the ground as much as we like to see that. They have three rules in these combat leagues no sharp weapons, no stabbing, and no hitting a man down on the ground.
It's loud, but even getting hit with a sword isn't too bad, what you really gotta look out for is polearms and being punched repeatedly with a shield, never been hit in the helmet with a polearm, but repeated shield strikes gave me a real good headache for the next few days
@@James.D.B. if you read this, get a couple of really strong little magnets and stick those in between the helmet and the padding. It cuts like 70% of the vibration
